Not bad for a Thursday evening practice for 5 oldies (well some older than others 😝)

We've been so busy with all our routines we have just not had chance to post today. But Im pleased to say we have lots of medals so far. 5 teams took Gold in their categories and 1 team got bronze. Lots of medals in figures. Just solo results and duets left to go. Full results and photos to follow

Well done to our Beyonce team who had a great solid performance to finish in a credible 8th place after a 4 year break for us from National Champs. It was great to be back. We are really proud of them for what they achieved today.
