💫 Caring for your skin doesn't always include skincare products or skin treatments, it also means a whole load of other things 💫

WASHING MAKE UP BRUSHES:
This is probably the most important thing you can do when your a make up lover, you should wash them at least once a week but I would recommend at least every 2-3 days. This does include beauty blenders!!

CHANGING SHEETS:
Your bedsheets + pillowcases need to be washed, recently I saw a informative post floating around telling me that your pillow case has around 17,442x more bacteria than a toilet seat after one week. However not all bacterias are harmful but you should be washing them at least once a week or more if you can.

LOW SUGAR INTAKE:
Right ok I am a sugar lover, not sure about you but if I could eat it all day I would🐷 I am not a doctor or dietician so I don't want to give out diet advice but high sugar diets can lead to numerous health problems as well as skin problems. Moderation is KEY, having one chocolate bar will be fine but eating 50+ in one sitting might cause you a few issues

NO SMOKING:
Smoking is self explanatory, there are more than 4,000 chemicals in to***co and many of the trigger the destruction of collagen and elastin.

WASHING FACE CLOTHS:
Make sure you constantly wash your face clothes and towels so they are clean for you to used when cleaning your face, the last thing you want to do is have a bath/shower or do your skin routine and washing your face/body with a dirty towel or face cloth.

SLEEP:
Try and get 8 hours of sleep at night, I know this is hard with children and work and peoples sleep schedules are crazy at the moment but trying to get that 8 hours will help your skin.
