“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been watching and noticing what has been transpiring there on your planet, on your home, and we want you all to know that you are doing wonderfully well with handling all of the changes that you experience there. We know that it is easy, and somewhat of a natural tendency, to look for someone to blame when there are tragedies that occur there on your Mother Earth. We know that there can be a lot of finger pointing going on whenever there is a disaster of any kind. With any cataclysmic event that occurs there on Earth, you’re going to have the theories as to why it occurred and who is to blame.

Now, from where we sit, it is so much more important for you all to look at the way anything that happens there on Earth, or in your lives, can bring about more love, healing, compassion, and forgiveness from you. That’s what is always needed when there is a tragic event there on planet Earth. You need the lightworkers to rise above the conspiracies, and the theories, and the conjecture so that the love and healing that is spread around to all affected by the tragic events will do what it can do to bring peace to the hearts of all affected. In finger-pointing and blame there is no peace. And while many people feel it is necessary to do so in order to prevent a tragedy from occurring again in the future, they don’t understand how reality works.

They don’t understand that reality is always co-creation, and so it is a fruitless endeavor to look for anyone to blame and to create more of the 3D consciousness of victim and perpetrator. You are moving out of that consciousness now, and you are coming together more as a collective to support those affected by tragedy and trauma with your compassion, with your understanding. And if there are people at fault for something, then to really raise your level of consciousness, you must look for forgiveness within yourselves. And forgiveness comes after you accept, you make peace, and you process the emotions that you do feel. We know that everything that is created there on Earth is created for the experience, for the emotion, and for the evolution, and it is not a learning experience. It is not about figuring out how, with the mind, to prevent something from occurring in the future, when the everything that occurs serves a higher purpose.

The higher purpose is always about bringing you together. It’s always about unity, and you get that when you focus on how you can be a part of the solution, how you can bring people together. Again, blame and finger pointing is all about separation. It’s all about drawing lines in the sand when something is occurring or something has occurred. And you, as the Awakened Collective, are there to rise above that level of consciousness and to be the ones who hold space for the better, new Earth experience, while simultaneously offering compassion, healing, love and forgiveness right there on the Earth where you are.

Because from where we are sitting, that’s all you can really do to be of service and to help your fellow humans to heal what they need to heal when they have gone through the tragedy or the trauma. And if you are one of the ones who has, then it is also necessary to focus on what you’re feeling, what you’re thinking, what you’re believing, how you can heal from all of it, and how you can build something new from whatever has occurred that has left you standing in a pile of tears.

You’re always meant to co-create something better from whatever is occurring, and you can and you will do that when there is no resistance, when there is no more stuck energy to release, and when you can see the possibilities for the brighter future that the tragedy has then created for all of humankind. As we said, that’s your work there as the Awakened Collective, and it is hard work, it is challenging work, but it is the work that you signed up for in this lifetime.

Solar energy is exceptionally high right now. We are within a solar storm and an X flare occurred a couple of hours ago and the solar activity has maintained high since.

Every flare is an opportune moment to ground in huge high frequency energy to support us individually, collectively and for the Earth. It is in these moments that the Earth and Sun are highly magnetised allowing a deeper relationship within us between Heaven and Earth.

The Sun is a portal. Each flare carries specific frequencies of light, being shared from multiple places within the universe to disperse healing energies to our planet. They help you recalibrate with the New Earth frequencies to enable higher activation, awakening and embodiment.

You can receive notifications on your phone each time a flare happens. I use space weather live … If possible go and be in the Suns rays at this time, move your eyes in all directions to allow the light to reach as much of your eyes as possible, this carries the light deeper into your cells. Show the front and back of your heart to the Sun, commune with it, allow yourself to merge with its energy for the greater good. This will help you flourish on deep levels and open you up in deeply powerful and fulfilling ways. If it’s dark where you are use your intention.

A huge magnetic storm is producing an aurora borealis display in the northern and southern hemispheres during the Perseids meteor shower, and it is triggering us deeply. It certainly made my night restless. So watch out! Here it comes.

On a spiritual level, this moment is an intense and surprising dive into our deeply hidden corners of our being. If we are brave, we will face raw levels of self-reflection. This effort of self-knowing will flush out and clear all the last bits of fear and all things within us that go bump in the night. These are the very core illusions we hold about ourselves in our contaminated belief systems that are holding us back from manifesting our divine selves.

We are hitting places inside us that we don’t let anyone see. These are the places where we judge ourselves, or that cause us embarrassment. These are the places where we feel weak or vulnerable. But at the moment, it appears there’s no place to hide. We are being stripped bare. Even the thought of digging into these shadowlands within us makes us feel physically nauseous, but this is work that needs to be done.

It is time we learn to value ourselves in ways that are based on divine truth and not past illusions or beliefs that we have collected over many lifetimes. This isn’t easy work, to say the least. Being this vulnerable can make us feel unsafe. It is an ancient primal and very human instinct to protect our sensitive underbellies.

Our primal instincts have served us well in keeping us alive thus far, but many of these out-of-date “protection” fears also keep us from stepping into our divinity and innate superpowers. Leading into life with our total divine beingness is the goal. This includes honoring and valuing every aspect of what we experience, like our vulnerabilities and LIGHT, both of which we seem to fear for a good reason. In the past, we were persecuted for our light and our divinity, and we were taken advantage of because of our vulnerability. We are coming into new frequencies where our vulnerability will be greatly valued along with our light, magic, and power.

But for today, the shadow work is upon us, and I honor each of you for doing the work. When we accept the energy of solar flares and magnetic storms to help us wake up, our spiritual process is accelerated. Sensitive ones can’t avoid feeling these storms, but using the energy helps us value the powerful energy the glorious Sun is offering us today.

Solar events are extraordinary times that can break us out of our comfort zones and will aggressively point out the weak spots in our physical and emotional bodies. They can help us evolve and grow spiritually beyond ancient patterns hidden in our ancestral lineages. It can point out our limiting biases, programs, and belief systems. The SUN shows us the places that need healing in ourselves, our relationships, our communities, our countries, and our entire planet. Heightened solar activity can wake us up if we pay attention, acknowledge where it affects us, and get to work.

How we use or react to this energy blast will be based on our level of consciousness. We can use this energy to destroy or to transform and elevate our reality. The question is, can we rise up out of the battle, the struggle, and suffering and leave behind the “us vs. them” age-old power game and realize our divinity and unity? Can we finally step beyond the old patterns of the rise and fall of civilizations and learn to create a new reality based on elevated, evolved actions that do not create more karma and suffering? It is up to us, and it always has been.

SOLAR FLARES can trigger everyone’s moods and physical comfort levels. It can have huge effects on our nervous system and brain activity. It can trigger heightened human behavior and physiological responses (mental-emotional-physical and spiritual). We could feel restless, jittery, anxious, have trouble with our equilibrium, and experience dizziness. We might feel shakiness, irritability, lethargy, exhaustion, short-term memory problems, heart palpitations, nausea, queasiness, prolonged head pressure and headaches, even creepy, itchy skin… well, you get the picture.

MAGNETIC STORMS will affect anything with iron in it. Earth has iron in it. Sedona, Arizona, is loaded with iron! But our blood has iron as well. So, let’s say this will affect our human space suit. Disruptions from magnetic storms might mess with our nervous system and throw us into a temporary "fight or flight" state, making us anxious or otherwise stressed. It can also trigger our hearts, so we could have heart palpitations. Headaches and exhaustion are also common side effects. This uncomfortable state begins to WAKE US UP to what we are avoiding.

MAGNETIC STORMS can also desynchronize our circadian rhythm, the internal biological clock that controls our sleep and wake times. The pineal glands affected by electromagnetic activity will produce an increase in melatonin, thus disturbing our sleep but will also impact our intuition. So please don’t jump to any conclusions while we are in the middle of a magnetic storm, and don’t make any big life-changing decisions. Magnetic fields interact electrochemically within the human brain. It can affect us psychologically by creating hormonal swings, and they can significantly alter brainwave activity.

So, when Sun cycles peak, there can be a rise in human unrest, uprisings, rebellions, revolutions, and wars between nations. Researchers have been able to trace this back 2,500 years! Of course, this is an outdated pattern based on uncountable cycles of karmic-based creation, destruction, and re-creation.

Electrolytes and hydration are essential during solar events. Eat healthy, whole food. Most of all, remember your divinity. Divinity is our ability to transcend perceived human limitations. To LOVE ourselves, to TRUST ourselves, and LIVE from the HEART. Live from your heart and not from your ego-driven mind, and try not to take anything personally or overreact to any triggers.

What are you accepting as truth when it is a perception that you CAN change?

77 Sirian Gateway

Today a stargate opens to Sirius building up to its peak on the 7th July bringing a cosmic stream of energy and blue Sirian light to support our collective awakening and ascension. The ancients believed it was a gateway to heaven as the Sun and Sirius come into conjunction. This time was celebrated deeply in ancient Egypt and marked the annual rising of the Nile and the start of the Egyptian New Year.

During this gateway and for the next 6 weeks known as the dog days of Summer the Sirian energy is being amplified. Sirius is an ascended planet, a prototype for our ascended Gaia and through our conscious attention and intention we can deeply transform and evolve during this powerful time. Awakening our hearts, deepening into oneness and activating more of our divine potential.

We are all from the stars, we are eternal beings, we are all experiencing many parallel lives within the now. The Sirians are our galactic family, our star brothers and sisters and many Sirian emissaries are here in human form, being activated more deeply in their awareness and purpose now to support the collective.

This is an opportunity to really deepen that connection, receive from them, activate dormant DNA and spiritual gifts, as well as to restore our multi-dimension memory, knowledge and wisdom with their help and fulfil more of our shared purpose.

If you feel a call from or a deep connection to whales and dolphins these are high vibrational beings that have come from Sirius to support Earth. The whales house a group consciousness within them, they need our help desperately. They call now to you as do the dolphins asking you to connect with them, to call in the highest support for our collective, for the oceans and the Earth and beyond. They wish us all to know that they are here not just for Earth but for the evolution of our planet and surrounding systems. We are anchors for light for our entire universe to heal, expand and grow. Many of the ancient temples were connected to Sirius and are being reactivated on the inner planes and in our awareness to anchor energies to support the global awakening now. Each temple carries specific light codes, houses unique energy for our healing and expansion. Many of us are the ancient temple queens and kings, priests and priestesses assisting in their reactivation. Call in these aspects of yourself, allow them to heal and integrate, receiving their wisdom and experience to best support the now.

Over the next six weeks, a continuous flow of Sirian Blue energy will support our collective awakening leading to the powerful 888 LionsGate portal. Major activations and upgrades are taking place, each unique to us and where we are within our personal journey. Command it so, calling in support from God and your guides to support you. This charges our batteries and is essential for our embodiment and activation of our light bodies, bringing heaven to Earth and living as divine humans.

The masters and angels are applauding the work being done. Humanity has gone through huge leaps in the past weeks. Open yourself to the powerful and transformative energy that is blessing us all now.

As part of my Earth healing and light weaving travels I was guided to Durdle Door which I was told is one of the ascension gateways birthing new codes and energies into our planetary system.

I grew up with this magnificent place down the road from me and only visited once and now it feels like I’ve stepped into a space that feels like it’s from far away with such purity and beauty. What a blessing. The landscape in this area is covered in m’s and you can just feel the divine mother energy so beautifully. The last two pictures are of Man of War Bay, so much light weaves into this area and radiates out.

This is where I spent Solstice with two of my dear friends, students and soul family; Jai and Trish. In my heart I knew they had met but not in this life, witnessing their instant soul recognition of each other was beautiful. It was a day of laughs, light language, grid work, drumming and flute playing. We even had a famous Sri Lankan musician video our Red Kite Drone playing. I’m sure it should have been the other way round 😂.

Wishing you all a beautiful transformation and integration through it all as we build towards the 777 and 888 gateways. Keep filling up consciously with the solar rays by asking the Sun to support you with what you need, this is super powerful and can just take seconds or a few minutes with practice to receive what you need.
