We care that muddles had a lovely birthday 🥳 Muddles finished off his birthday travelling around Cheshire East and Northwich with Zoe and Lucy and then this morning headed over to Cheshire West and Wirral to see Niall and team He can’t wait to turn 2 ❤️

We care about raising awareness 😁 This week our Warrington and Halton team have been practicing Makaton in aid of deaf awareness week, and surprised us at CAHG with the below video. A huge well done to our Warrington and Halton team for raising awareness for Deaf awareness week ❤️
We care about having fun 🎉 Yesterday we had our quarterly management meeting over in the Hilton, but it was also "On your feet Britain day". Our managers didn't get away with not participating in the event. From the video I think you can agree our CEO and HR manager have certainly done this dance before.
🌟 Care at Home Group would like to thank you for another amazing year for everything we have shared in 2022 ✨ To mark the end of 2022, we have decided to put together a short video to show some of the wonderful achievements CAHG have achieved. 🙌 In January 2022, we were covering 4712 care hours, last week we provided 5774 care hours to our wonderful service users across our North West branches. We also introduced our Complex Division, including our very own Regional Clinical Nurse and Family Intervention. We won the Care at Home Group Warrington Contract! We stabilised our HR and Central Hub functions, supporting the company. 2022, we seen bigger and better offices for our employees. Our Onboarding team have provided phenomenal support to all branches throughout the year! And in 2023, we will see a number of new roles being introduced to CAHG! Time for the fun stuff, in 2022 alone, we introduced, a higher pay rate for all community care workers, attendance bonuses, Monday Morning Trivia Quiz, Care friends, Muddles joined the team as our mascot, who also featured on our very first CAHG Christmas Card, We have taken part in a number of Charity events throughout the year raising awareness, plus much more. ✔ CAHG wish you all the best for 2023, and we will see you soon for more CAHG updates, stories from our people and all the latest from the world of Care at Home Group!!📢🎈💥 #team #thankyou #community #people #like #video

It’s that time of the year again where everyone panics about Christmas 🎄 Care at Home Group have teamed up with Care Friends to offer incentives to all Community Care Workers across the board, points turn into pounds; our employees can get points for sharing job ads, referring friends, attendance bonus, top of the leader board, completion of e-learning, carer of the month, first 30 hours of care, reviews and many more.
