Have you just finished school or college? Are you looking for an Apprenticeship?
Here at The Artisan Butcher we’re launching a hunt for new Apprentices to train with us as butchers.

We are offering a Level 2 Apprenticeship through Crosby Butchery Training, who in 2022 won the “Training Scheme of the Year” at the Meat Management Awards.

Butchery is a highly skilled craft profession steeped in tradition. After your apprenticeship you will be able to display knowledge and skills of a range of meat species and the various techniques needed to process and/or produce products for sale. In addition, butchers will be able to cut, prepare, package and present meat products to the standards required.

Crosby Butchery Training has delivered high-quality Butchery Apprenticeships and Qualifications since 1997. They were instrumental in the design and build of both the Butcher and Advanced Butchery apprenticeship standards.
