Absolutely loved restoring this 1730s cottage in Liss back to its original beauty!

Why anyone would want to cover this lovely stone up in the first place is beyond me but we got rid with the old pebble dash render, gave it a full rake out complete wish wash down before a repoint of all stone/brickwork.

Had a load of fun in doing so and what a turn out at the end of it! Glad to be involved with this one on such a beautiful home..

Back for a side extension in the coming months and to replace the remaining pebble dash with brand new k rend 👌🏼 ✅

An update on the progress at our bathroom Reno in cowplain the past couple of weeks

We are nearly ready for completion at this one, just waiting for the glass panels to arrive and it’s handover time..

Customer wanted to keep the original tiles on the floor + 2 walls only replacing the walls around the shower area and believe me the lighting really doesn’t do the colour of these units justice they are beautiful rose to complement the old with new combination.. 🌹

Just a few little minor details completed for a returning customer recently

As you can see a nicely fitting handrail for its surroundings allowing safe access to and from upstairs

Followed by a re grout of the kitchen floors

And finally a quick snippet of the fence we installed last year and a the makeover it’s had leaving the garden looking lovely 👌🏼✅

A small kitchen floor handled by our team last week! 👌🏼 ✅

This one really helped bring the kitchen back to life with old broken tiles and ropey skirtings removed and replaced with something to give this room the look it deserved!

Our works here consisted of:
-complete removal of existing tiles, skirtings and any remaining adhesives.
-self levelling compound used to allow for level floors.
-floor laid using a vinyl click tile with integrated underlay, inclusive with a 30 year manufacturers guarantee.
-install new skirtings, fill holes to existing plaster made my removal.
-caulk, rub down and decorate skirtings and surrounding areas where necessary.

And what a beautiful finish these tiles give I must add!

One more coat of white, Flooring and some slabs to lay on this project and that’s a wrap with some extras to complete in the new year 🙌🏼

Back to make a few minor adaptions for our customer in the new forest this morning as plans had changed prior to our visit..

Throwback to this lovely job in Horndean we completed back in August!

This project consisted of

-complete rip out.
-re insulate dormer cheeks with 75mm celotex.
-re board with 11mm osb.
-all plastics renewed.
-complete re roof with 100mm celotex, covered with a 20 year guarantee.
-face lift on the gable end, with 50mm celotex behind to insure all the warmth in the upstairs bedroom stays in this winter!
-all new windows/glazing with a toughened glass on the gable end for that extra protection for the master bedroom!
-all waste exposed of by Dreamworks…

Old felt roof overlay we squeezed in Friday afternoon

Customer came to us with issues of black bitumen dust all over there brand new patio!

What’s the most cost effective was to solve the problem?!

With the existing roof nearing the end of its life span we decided to straight overlay this one as we were lucky enough to have sturdy deck to go to!
