Flashback to our kitchen renovation 2020, we have a few big projects planned for this year but saving the pennies to make them happen while the weather is grey and cold 🥶

New grass for a new year. We tried real grass when we had the garden renovation but what with dogs and the weather it turned a bit boggy.. we thought we would give artificial turf a try 🥰

Take 3. Post leak we have stripped back and retiled and refinished. It seems to have taken months !! And in truth doesn’t look that different to picture 2 which I guess was the outcome we had hoped

We have to take out the toilet as we have another leak!! One step forwards and one back 😳 it’s difficult to plan anything new when you have to carry on doing the previous thing again!!

Little changes sometimes make the biggest impact 😍It’s been a slow, hot weekend.. Electrics go into the shed tomorrow so looking forward to that. I hope everyone has a slightly cooler week 😀 &Q

Work has been pretty full so apology for the inactivity. This is our dining room before and after.. I still love the blue / black colour combo 💙🖤💙🖤.

Well it up!! In position, and painted apart from the door which needs adjusting.. roofing today and then maybe some bank holiday relaxing 😂😂

Garden is starting to look lovely and all the plants we moved around last year are starting to settle in.. the dogs are enjoying the sun ☀️ I have spent a lot of time searching for summer houses / posh sheds but no luck so far, but I never give up 😂

Happy Saturday everyone.. this is the next project space for us.. ever since finishing the garden we have had this concrete pad waiting for a summer house / posh shed so watch this space here we come 😂

Progress is slow!! Sink and Loo being plumbed back in today, then it’s on to panelling and dressing the space.. 😍😍

Just a quick collection of the bits for the downstairs loo revamp. Tiles £15 for 3 square meters . Ladder Radiator £25 . Vanity £60 and sink £40 Paint £17

This little room got a mini makeover when we moved into the house but I’m planning something a little better.. I’m busy collecting bargains from eBay and Facebook Marketplace rather than going new, as the world has other plans for my wages at the moment! Stay tuned for updates ..
