We LOVE Nene Training! Central to all of our properties and no membership required just turn up to a class for an hour of pure ooommpphh!

For anyone not familiar this is a CrossFit gym and not the run of the mill, there is also an open gym area where you can train at your leisure.

A proper community of amazing people and you will be made to feel very welcome be it a complete amateur or a seasoned pro 💪

Classes typically run hourly from 5pm and a few a few morning sessions until lunch.

🦌 🦌 Buckle & Hide Uk 🦌 🦌

We get asked A LOT about our bedside sheep skins and rugs - where we get them, are they real etc

These are 100% real and purchased locally from Buckle and Hide, like the butchers another family business we like to support where we can!

This reindeer Hide was just £130 and adds amazing character to our property.

We also have sheep skins next to beds in most of our properties which we think is a lovely touch.

Next door to our property in Earls Barton is THE most amazing butcher that we love to use once and sometimes twice a week and always encourage our guests to visit!

Everything you could ever want from a honest, local family butcher.

Amazing scotch eggs, pies, pastry’s, sausages (about 5 varieties) beautiful Kievs and the burgers…. Don’t get us started on the burgers. 🍔

We now buy 75% of our meat from this butchers the taste vs supermarket is night and day and the guys that work here are a good laugh and we would rather spend local.

Hi! We’re Sam and Naomi

We started Clean Smart Stays in 2023 after working within and around serviced accommodation since COVID (urgh)

Renovating the first property was tough, in a previous life it was a very very run down, battered HMO and we took it back to brick and started again, we finished the renovation and immediately took our first booking within 24 hours (very very nervous times)

1 year later were now managing a total of 4 properties and have met/spoken to people from all over the world including Australia, America, Germany (I know they visit Northamptonshire 😮) had some amazing guests and absolutely love what we do.

Our goal is to give you an absolute home from home experience and unparalleled customer service to go with it - something you will never get from a hotel stay.
