Call out for some outdoor lighting that wasn’t working we investigated the issue and found faulty wiring and a lose connection fixed the issue swiftly to ensure all the lights where working

Emergency call out for a burst water main, water come through from the first floor into all the electrical cupboards and into the light fittings causing puddles of water and all electric in the building to cut out. We arrived quickly restored power to the whole block and stopped and replaced the burst pipe ensuring everyone had water and electric again. Left dehumidifiers to help dry carpet and walls out before installing new lighting in communal hallway.

FCP maintenance attended a call out for a burst pipe and upon arriving we found an additional 2 pipes burst. We fixed all 3 within an hour and prevented any further water damage with a fast response time

Mold and cracking paint ruined this bathroom ceiling we came in treated and killed all mold sanded all the paint down and put a damp seal layer before finishing with high quality water and mold resistant paint

Lighting system upgraded from fluorescent bulbs due to not lighting up the area enough to bright new leds

Stack leaking repair was done now boxing in complete ready for filler, sanding stain blocking and painting.

Flat above had a leak from a toilet cistern. We checked the ceiling for any structural damage to see if any parts needed to be cut out, we treated the damp and mold and put a couple layers of a fine finish plaster skim over the top so it’s ready for us to paint once dry.

Leak was detected and found behind a toilet wall on a roca frame due to a crack in the cistern. We removed tiles, mold damaged plaster board and old toilet frame replaced everything and treated to prevent any more mold growing.
