Jess had never stepped into a gym 13 months ago, we started form absolute scratch. In fact she even threw up on her first session (sorry Jess). She has been training with me 3 days a week for just over 13 months now and she looks absolutely amazing. She’s stayed dedicated to her training throughout this whole process, she’s got both stronger & fitter, and in the total 13 months she’s only ever cancelled 2 of her sessions with me which says a lot about her determination and commitment.
