This week has flown✈️ .... my boy went on his 1st residential😍 ... he's back today💓.... and tomorrow it's birthday celebrations as he turns 11🥰

This week I finally met up with my lovely clients turned friends Sam Ross & Dan😍 I love your new home 🏠❤️ you two are ace company.... I'll be round again soon😁

And to top off the week, a mortgage offer dropped through yesterday....definitely the icing on the cake🙌🏼👌🏼 happy days for my besties🏠❤️

Now im signing off until next week... I've got serious birthday duties to attend to🥳

If you are currently on a variable rate.... your payments will reduce!

Lenders have already started to reduce their fixed rates😁

The next meeting for the MPC (monetary policy committee) is September .... let's 🙏🏼 for another reduction 😁

They've lost the will now to move forward and try again.... then you find a lender.... and have an agreement in principle accepted 🥳🙌🏼😁

Don't be put off if you hear no.... lenders have very different criteria... one doesn't suit all.... it's about finding the lender for your circumstances 👌🏼

Trying to fit everyone in before Thursday eve🙄.... 3 remortgage clients going ahead with their applications to get a lower mortgage rate and borrow additional funds for home improvements, a new car and to consolidate debt🙌🏼

Full mortgage protection application completed for my movers🏠 .... they now have the peace of mind that they are protected if the worst were to happen.... are you❓️

Life insurance, critical illness and income protection can be a minefield.... you need to be honest with your answers to medical questions and underwriting...... if you have no idea what you need in place....

The Bank of England base rate remained the same.....again....😁

If your mortgage deal is coming to an end within the next 6 months.... you can start to look around at new deals..... maybe borrow more for home improvements or even move home🤷‍♀️

Whatever position you're in..... it's best to know your options first..... if you need any help....
