Day 2 - Local - I went straight to a local Yorkshire Gin made by Ray and Rachel from Divine. Two wonderful people, friendly, helpful, supportive, passionate and perfectionists. Flavour in this Juniper forward gin, with its cinnamon warmth, peppery spice, is complimented and perfectly garnished with a twist of pink grapefruit peel, a double paired with 150ml of fevertree light. I can always rely on the Atlas Bar team for a new gin. This Griffo is a new gin for me Juniper up front and paired with Fever-tree refreshingly light tonic and a slice of lemon. gandt

Epic. Four Pillar x Herno. Full on Juniper and a beautifully smooth Herbal finish mean this is a perfectly balanced G&T when paired with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic Water and a simple slice of lemon. Atlas Bar Manchester spot on with the Gin Balloon full of ice.

Well we are at the distillery so let’s have another. This one is a Rare Bird Rhubarb and Ginger, paired with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic garnished with a slice of orange wonderfully rounded with a sweet finish.

Been meaning to come here since the distillery opened. It does not disappoint a small but beautiful set up. For this G&T I went for the Rare Bird London Dry, garnished with pink grapefruit and accompanied by Fever-Tree refreshingly light.

This ones an earthy refreshing Prairie G&T at Dukes Halifax served with Franklin and son tonic and garnished with a lime wheel.
