A little appeal to all my fantastic loyal clients/friends 🙏
For the last 18 months I have been dealing with an extremely devastating, difficult and mentally challenging time in my personal life.
Mentally I havent had the capacity to promote my business and have just been steadily ticking along.
I am still training in the Masterson Method, although I had hoped to have finished by now, but each stage is a huge cost and as all of you know, on top of everything else, at the end of last year Rioja lost her eye (huge vet bill), and then in February this year I lost my beloved Foxy 😔 (huge vet bill) 😫.
Things in my personal life have settled down alot more and I feel able to push forward with my business and complete the final stage of the Masterson Method.

So heres where I need your help:

I know im good at what I do, you know im good at what I do - help me to get back out there!

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to EVERYONE who attended the shop day yesterday. To say it went well would be an understatement, it went amazingly. Thanks to all the guys from Sticky Baits , Thinking Anglers and Fortis Eyewear💚

For us, these shop days are about giving back to you guys and girls, for all of the support you give us throughout the year, we truly do appreciate each and every single one of you💚

Junior coaching will be starting again this season on the 18th May with the Angling Coaching Initiative.

Details of dates and venues are on the ACI and KDAA website. The £15 fee per participant includes all tackle and bait.

We are seeking applicants for the sessions to be held this summer May to October. Participants can attend as many sessions they may wish. Parents are also encouraged to take part.

Can you share this post with anybody you know whose children, 8 to 16, would be interested in giving angling a go and may not have somebody to take them and show them what to do or a novice junior angler who would like to develop their skills.

MIKEY WINS THE SPRING SPECTACULAR🏆🎣 The 3 day Tunnel Barn Farm Spring Spectacular this week was won by our one and only Mikey Williams! Finishing with a perfect 3 points, winning his section every day and with a combined weight of 427lb🤯 What a year he’s having already!!!
Massive well done to Mikey as well as Rob Swan finishing 3rd overall and Andy Bennett just fishing behind Rob. Well done done fellas👏

FUNDING AVAILABLE
The current round of the Angling Improvement Fund is open for applications from clubs, fisheries and angling-related organisations who are looking to combat predation from mammals and fish-eating birds. This is Fishing Licence income from the Environment Agency being re-invested in grass roots club facilities.

First time fishing this year. I went to blastford fishery’s and had a great time. I had a couple of hours fishing and then spent a few hours on sorting my fishing gear out. It was nice to get back out fishing and I look forward to my upcoming matches this year.
