Loose hip tiles, all removed and re-secured using a dry hip system 👌

Phone call from a customer: there's water coming from the patio slabs... The preivous contractor had not connected the waste outside hence the waste coming through the patio 🤦‍♂️ problem found and resolved 👌

Polystyrene ceiling tiles removed, over boarded, plastered and painted 👌

15mm thick reinforced glass fitted to section the room off but still retain the light, along with new barn style doors and new engineered flooring 👌

27m of fencing, 180m2 of paving, drain lids, channel drainage, edging, ducting ready for electric gates & flower boarder, a full J1 Construction project start to finish, a few changes, extras and obsticles along the way but all were overcome in the end 💪👌
