I'm a mum of three girls, I'm married to my amazing husband Nigel Sage, my family is my 🌎. We are five strong.

Something different.....I lived in Chicago for a year, I met Oprah realised people are just people, whoever they are.

I love my craft, I don't see it as work!

What I do, increase mobility through massage, body stretches, reduce pain. All facilitated in a safe and calm environment. You want a chat I can chat, want peace I can work in silence. Your space your time.
