Finally getting my strength back after baby number 3 😁 Working on this week by week ... not complete yet and i know what i need to adjust but im gaining control and strength over this beast of a move !!! Its a slow burner but the flame is lit 🔥 Happy with the progress and trusting in the process 😉 With pole there will forever be space to improve ✨ that's why I love it sooo very much️ ###
