Last week for our regular classes before YOGA JAX is is taking a summer holiday 😎⛱ so NO classes on 21st/22nd & 28th/29th August.
Following a revive, refresh & reset, filled with sunshine ready to give sun salutations once more beginning Wednesday 4th & Thursday 5th September. Hoping to see all yogis and maybe some newbies at the earlier time for both classes - 10.15am - 11.15am

Unfortunately I have to cancel class tomorrow (Thursday 30th) due to unforeseen circumstances & I am unable to reach Weymouth in time. However, ALL classes back to normal next week. 🙏

Just a reminder that next week's Wednesday Easy Flow at Evolution Academy (22nd) will start 15 mins earlier at 10.15. The following week - class is cancelled (29th). But all returns to normal on the first Wednesday of June (5th - wow! where has time gone....)

NO Thursday class this week (23rd) but hope to see you all on Thursday 30th 😁

I have thoroughly enjoyed the past year's journey to Portland and have been honoured to take this amazing practice of Yoga with the Yogis I have met at the YMCA and I sincerely hope our paths will cross again 🫶🙏

I am so sorry but yoga classes this week are CANCELLED
🥲 this is due to a back injury. But please keep practising and I really look forward to seeing all JAX Yogis next week!

AT LAST! A Fab Vinyasa yoga regular EVENING class........ at the lovely dance studio at Hope United Reformed Church on Trinity Street (just around the corner from Hope Square) 6.15 - 7.30pm Wednesday evenings only £7 per class. Starting October 4th.
A little yoga knowledge is helpful particularly sun salutations and class will end with a lovely Yoga Nidra for 15mins, totally relaxing- perfect for a peaceful nights sleep.
