The last couple weeks I have had multiple cancellations within 24 hours, this means that there is limited chance I can fill this slot.

Being a mum myself and having family I completely understand things happen last minute and children get poorly.

I have been super chilled & easy about this but unfortunately I can’t carry on as I have a business to run.

If you cancel your clean with less than 24 hours notice, unfortunately you will be charged 50% of the clean.
