Tyler
(They/them)

Tyler who also goes by Ty, is a level 2 qualified, passionate stylist. They specialise in all aspects of cutting, including barbering and creative colouring.
Tyler has a huge passion for hair and they started showing interest from a very young age.
Tyler has previously trained under Wella and Davines.

In their spare time they love to watch hair videos in order to always be improving skills. Tyler has a love of art, music and meeting new friends.

In Tyler’s words-

Today marks the start of the busiest 2 weeks of the entire year.

If you have an appointment in this period please note -
- I may be running late on your arrival and the salon may look like an uncontrolled mess!
- Please try your absolute best to be on time if not 5 mins early for your appointment
- If you are unwell/questioning if you’re unwell please can I ask that you reschedule for the new year
- The phone line will go straight to voicemail with limited answering but I will always call you back the same day
- I will probably have greasier hair than normal and a coffee iv drip in my arm .. but we move!

I’m now away on a much needed first family vacay - no messages or emails will be replied to until the 3rd.
See you all from the 4th 😄

The online diary is currently closed, this is for 2 reasons.
1. I simply don’t have the capacity to be taking on any new clients at the moment
2. It gives me the ability to get all regulars booked in advance with full control

If you are a regular client you will still be able to book in directly via social media, in person or over the phone.
Most of you book at least 1 appointment in advance and any more than that is always welcome (I’m looking at you my booked up for a year clients 😄)

This will be a temporary measure 🤞🏻 I am still desperately hunting for staff!

I will do my best to keep you all up to date with any further changes.

I will also continue to post any cancellations slots that may come up on stories as always.

Once again - I can’t thank all you enough for your continued support, it really does mean everything to me.

Please read for our cancellation policy-

We appreciate things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointments, but moving forward we need to be upfront and clear about how that works and what it means if you don’t let us know.

- You can cancel or reschedule for free, no questions asked. We ask that you please give us 24hrs notice for colour appointments and 4 hours for cuts/blow dries. (Sometimes emergency situations can’t be helped and will be honoured)

- If you reschedule an appointment twice in a row you will be asked to pay upfront in full for your next appointment. (Which will be non refundable)

- If you no show at all, even once, you will be asked to pay in full for your missed service. You will not be able to rebook until this is paid.

No shows will not be tolerated.

We’ve all been through an extremely tough last few year and I understand finances and circumstances change.
This is exactly the same for a small business.
Cancelling with less than 4 hours to go or completely no showing means it’s highly unlikely we’ll be able to refill that spot.
This results in the business and any staff losing money and someone else missing out on that original appointment.

None of this is said lightly and Amy absolutely hates having to ever carry out any no show charges.
