Most golfers completely neglect their glutes when training and forget the fact that strong glute strength can help improve stability and swing speed 💪
Your glutes stabilize your hips and pelvis to help support your lower back. The biggest of the three, the Gluteus Maximus, also functions as a powerful hip extensor and lateral rotator.
Golf is all about rotation and good hip rotation has a component of hip extension, which means the two go hand in hand.

Increase electrolyte intake.
When the temperatures are high, you will sweat at an increased rate. To deal with this excess perspiration, it’s important to increase your electrolyte intake throughout your round.

If you are, then there are many different methods to combat anger on the golf course…
I get it, you’re angry because you care about the game. But remember it can be extremely frustrating for your playing partners when you’re throwing or snapping your club like a petulant teenager 😤
Quick scenario:
• Player one: Pessimistic in nature, gets angry at almost any shot, gets flustered with slow play, and constantly curses the golf Gods if he doesn't score well.
• Player two: Optimistic in nature and grateful to be at the golf course. Appreciates his good shots and quickly gets over the bad ones
because he knows that's just part of golf.
Doesn't let outside factors like slow greens, bad weather, or slow groups affect him.
If they're the same handicap, I bet golfer number two wins 99% of the time. Golf is too hard of a sport to make it harder with a bad attitude and negative self

On the strength side, this starts with looking after your legs, chest & back. You can have the ‘purest swing’ at your golf club, but if you don’t have the muscle strength to back it up, and the endurance to repeat it swing after swing during your round then my friend, you need some help!
Strong muscles help balance, strength, power, flexibility, rhythm and control.
