There’s a lot of work happening over here as we render & internal plaster this new extension! We can’t wait to show you when it’s completed but for now here are some snippets.

We not long ago started another loft conversion for one of our previous clients.

This is the very first stage with all the heavy work going in such as steels and floor joists. Doing the job right!

We’re working on a pavilion style gym on a period property in Raynes Park. The light floods through from the sky light and glass link from old to new.

We love it ✨

Back at the project in Raynes Park today and we just had to show how it’s looking now the scaffolding has come down and the windows are in 🙌

We’ve begun phase 2 of this full renovation in Raynes Park. A major steel has gone in and the back is off in preparation for the extension.

The kitchen/dining area of this house has been freshly painted and the floor tiled ready for the kitchen to be fitted imminently.

In the first phase of this project, we moved the front door of the house round to the side to be able to fit in a downstairs toilet. Swipe to the end to see the before and after.

We’ve been busy on lots of projects this summer so wanted to share an update on this now that phase 1 is almost complete.

Phase 1 involved removing and remodelling the roof to create 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suites. Clay plain roof tiles have been used which is a sympathetic choice to the original.

In the last picture you’ll see the black zinc dormers, projecting from the traditional tile roof to give a contemporary twist.

The extension (phase 2) is in motion, pictures and updates to come!

Loft progress 💪

We’ve been tiling the en-suite bathroom of this loft conversion this week.

From the very beginning of every project, we ensure that we work with our clients and make the process enjoyable.

This and our attention to detail was the very reason our client wanted to work with us on this project 🙏
