Gratitude, put simply, is the act of noticing and appreciating the good things in your life.
Practicing gratitude,is consciously training yourself to notice and appreciate the good things, then expressing gratitude for them.
Essentially, this sounds like an easy task, and in theory, it is .
However, learning to focus on what you’re grateful for, rather than getting stuck in a cycle of negativity and complaining, takes some practice and commitment, and takes time to become a habit, rather than you consciously having to “think” about it.

☀️How many of us have faced uncertain times in the past two years?
☀️Undoubtedly there are many who benefited and business was a roaring success.
☀️But, for those of us who faced an uncertain future, with job losses, personal challenges of lock down and business challenges of not only CAN we adapt but HOW do we adapt?
☀️It is very easy to feel overwhelmed, with no obvious way forwards, but, if you can look from a different perspective, problems are not permanent.
☀️Problems, while uncomfortable, distressing and emotionally challenging, can be used to push us into new directions that we would never have experienced if we had not been forced to get out of our “safe” zone.
