‘Hello this is Fairbrothers, we have some medicines here for you, can we take your credit card details’.

Please note we would NEVER ask for unwarranted card/payment details & all our paying patients *CALL US* to pay for their medicines. We do not call patients to take payments.

Scamming is low but scamming vulnerable, elderly patients is another level. Please keep your loved ones safe.

We have now opened up Hey Pharmacist to delivery patients as well as collection patients. To order your repeat prescriptions using your phone:

1. Download the Hey Pharmacist app to your phone
2. Register using your NHS details
3. Select your local pharmacy - our ODS code is FRT66
4. Place your order using the app
5. Receive your delivery from us!

Check the progress of your prescription from the moment you place your order, to the moment you receive it from us - stay up to date with app notifications!

You can also use Hey Pharmacist to order your family members’ prescriptions - up to 5 extra patients can be linked to your account using the app.

Please note - our delivery service is FREE.

FAIRBROTHER PHARMACY IS RECRUITING

We have a vacancy for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous pharmacy experience and/or be qualified to NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent - this is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Daily duties include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting patients over the phone and at the counter
- Ordering and replenishing dispensary stock
- Receiving, processing and handing out prescriptions
- Preparing medicines in compliance aids
- Ordering prescriptions

The ideal candidate will be patient, polite with a good telephone manner, friendly and happy to go above & beyond for our patients.

Working hours include weekdays during opening hours of 9am - 6pm & Saturdays 9am - 1pm.
