Shannel Nails & Beauty

Unfortunately, I have taken the decision to temporarily close the salon. I may reopen in the future, however, due to this not being my primary means of income, I need to stop for a while and focus on my pharmacy profession.

My mental health and family need my focus and in the back of my mind I am always struggling with juggling so much. So for now I am cutting back on anything that requires additional time.

Thanks for your support and I do hope that in 6-12 months I can revisit this.

Lovely pink !

After 8 months of not doing any clients nails, I am back open to the public. Things have been difficult, juggling a full time job with home life and the twins. The financial struggles with my husband redundancy too. But he starts a job on Monday, so my "expensive hobby" can start up again. In all honest, I was so anxious about getting back into it.
Started it off with a bang! This colour is beautiful. Mustard yellow, perfect for this seasonal transition time. 💛 .education .mony

The beauty of rainbow gel 😍 I have so much anxiety that I am slow, but I really am always so proud of my work. Again, thank you to the lecente team who keep encouraging me and helping with my work. You could not use a better company for your products. I use ALL lecente items including their cotton pads!

Seems baby blue is the colour of the week along with white stamping! Perfect for a Greek wedding abroad! Especially with that hint of glitz!

Love this set and really proud of my work. I take my time, and am not the fastest, but I take pride in what I do. I love to be thorough, and am so glad .education has helped me . This is fibre gel on its rebalance appointment. Forgot to get a before pic but all nails were in tact, no chips and great length. Thank you

The importance of cuticle oil.....keeps the nails flexible, hydrates the skin, prevents dry cuticles, moisturises, smells great!!! And longer lasting manicures! I highly recommend this one by . Thank you for this cosmetic compliance training. I am fully aware of the negative spin on gel nails currently. Unfortunately not all nail technicians are adequately trained, use fully professional products and stick to the one brand. I am pleased to say, I am qualified, I have insurance, I have done extra training accredited by the brand, and only brand, I use ( ). I am still doing further training as I believe education never ends and as professionals in whatever field, you should endeavour to continue your professional development. Learning a skill, is just that. Learning. I am so fortunate that this brand gives the best training you can imagine and the best support ....even at 11pm at night!!!

Fibre gel with freedom and gold foil. What a fab combo. Definitely going to have these on my nails 💅. After attending the fibre gel education course, i am practicing for my natural nail enhancement examination in two weeks!

Before and after. This service required IBX and I used fibre gel as a strength layer before using this gorgeous "gift wrapped" turquoise! New to the fibre gel application but super pleased with the results. The client needed extra strength and hard wearing but flexible nails.

I can't believe I am saying this at the busiest time of year but unfortunately I will not be open in the lead up to Christmas. We have all had the flu and it has taken its toll on us as a family. I will be re opening once we are fully recovered and rested after Christmas, so if you would like NYE nails that is fine.
