I haven't introduced myself on here for a while so I thought I'd do that again. A big warm hello to all of you.

My name is Ozgul and I'm the person behind Happy Mood Art. I and my family moved UK in 2020 from Switzerland after lived there nearly 2 years. Originally I’m a Turkish woman.

When I was a kid, I fell in love with painting, crafting and creating. I had decorative wood painting course with when I was 27 after that I’ve run my small business along with my corparete job, logistics specialist in my home country.

In 2020 October, after we well settled here I decided to go for it and was born.

I spend most of my days creating, painting, taking\editing photos, meeting with you on instagram and love every minute of it. For me, what I do is so much more than just a small business, it's something I picture myself doing for years to come because it allows me to create, produce, meet new people. I honestly couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I'm also a wife and a mum and obsessed with personal development and psychology. If you check my last posts, you can see something helpful for happy living, I’ll also keep going to share new topics. I’m also a Nonviolent Communication passenger for 2 years.

This really touches me because when I relocated UK in 2020, I left my family, friends, job, my comfort zone, all my relations behind and I coudn’t socialise and make friends here at the first time because of Covid.
was a big opportunity for me to connect new people, make new friends, feel happy…
I may didn’t know most of you in person but we are in connect with likes, comments, tags etc… Thank you for making me feel happier🙏 Please keep going❤️

As you remember from my last caption, first key to happier living is “Giving”❤️ Isn’t it funny that is about other people’s happiness rather than our own?
When we do kind things for others, not only does it help them to feel happier, we feel happier too. Helping orhers have the same effect on our brain as receiving a gift ourselves or eating our favourite food😀
In an experiment people were asked to do five new act of kindness in one day (things they didn’t already do). They felt happier for up to six weeks afterwards!😳 Isn’t it interesting?

How about trying the power of kindness today by liking, leaving a comment or sharing my post? I believe you will feel happier as much as I do❤️❤️❤️
