Happy 24th Birthday to me!

This time last year I was 6st6 and my hair was falling out due to kidney issues.
This was developed by stress and not respecting my body enough or caring about myself.

Fast forward to a year later (next slide) I am 8st 6, pescatarian. I love myself and I want to live.
