How is your PC coping with the heat?

With the recent heatwave in the UK, many PCs will be running hotter than usual. When a PC gets too hot, the performance will be reduced and if that fails it will shut off until it is cooled sufficiently.
Water cooling is more effective at cooling a computer than regular air cooling. Meaning, the PC will be able to perform better as it is being cooled more effectively.
