Hello everyone... It's with a heavy heart I'm writing this but we are having too close are doors. With the cost of energy right now and the cost of stock and living we are struggling to stay above the water. It's not good bye for ever just til times are a bit better. If you still want a buffet at The Dart Side give them a shout and we will get on the food. Thanks to Jonathan grindrod for helping me get started at the pheasant thanks to Mathew Crawford for helping knock out some lovely food. Thanks to everyone for helping me try and make it work. What? Cause I have been in the lab with a pen and a pad tryin' to the this new menu off.... We are in the kitchen tomorrow cooking up some new dishes for the menu launch on the 5th January.
