The previous stairs and platform that led to this hall were very weathered and unsafe ,so we had to replace them like for like. After measuring the original we then created a replacement structure in the workshop ready to be assembled and fitted on site.
The end result was a clean and fresh new set of stairs which most importantly are now safe for public use.

This path that was constructed from uneven slabs and dangerous, slippery concrete, required a safer alternative. To begin with we began to break out the existing path to get back down to the base soil.
The rise and tread was then calculated for the new sleeper steps that would be installed.
The steps were cut in and built from the bottom individually to fit around the terrain which included a large tree and Malvern stone walling. Once installed, the steps were filled with type one hardcore and then topped off with gravel to match the existing in the rest of the garden.
The new steps are now much safer in the wet and the winter and have given this section of the garden a new lease of life.

This series of purpose made Idigbo gates and fencing were created for a property in Bromyard. The gate and fencing pictured was added to separate the driveway from the rear garden whereas the side and driveway gates were replacements for the originals. Idigbo is a west African hardwood, fairly similar to oak in appearance and most commonly used for outdoor joinery.

This was a big project we completed during he summer of 2022. The client wanted to transform the top level of their Victorian style terraced garden into a usable and safe decked space that they could enjoy the fantastic view of the Severn valley from.
Since the access was very challenging, the ground had to be leveled by hand with all of the materials and equipment being carried up over many trips. A sleeper retaining wall was added at the back to prevent any subsidence and
the ground was then covered with a w**d proof membrane & gravel.
Block work was then added to carry the decking structure and decorative posts were added around the perimeter ready to carry the handrails.
The decking board, handrails and sleeper steps were then added to finalize the project.
Despite the labor intensive nature of this job, the final outcome was extremely rewarding for both us and the customer.
they later asked us back to install a summer house on the decking so the views could be enjoyed all year round.
