Back to it after the Christmas break and what a way to open up 2024! A great result today where all the boys played well however this dude put in a captains performance to earn POTM. Well done H 💛⚽️🐝

Wow…what an end to 2023!!! Since the team was formed 6 months ago, the boys have come along way in their progress. Yesterday we ended the year playing a mini Christmas tournament against Gornal Town, Forest Falcons and Wordsley Wasps South. The boys finishing as runners up by being top goal scorers and least goals conceded, losing out by fine margins to be crowned tournament winners. Super proud of where the team is going and can see great things happening for 2024.

Back to it with what seems like an age since our last league game. C’mon the Wasps 🐝

So after another postponed game today we decided to put on an exhibition match against the boys from Wordsley Wasps Hornets Development Group. A great spectacle was had which resulted in a new team being formed for Wordsley Wasps U8’s. Both teams played their part and was mixed up for second half resulting in 9v9.

POTM went to Adam who put in a great performance which was capped off with a goal. Well done mate 👏🏻👏🏻
