Our beginners course is a 4 session, practical course suitable for anymore of the age of 14 with no or little experience of Olympic Weightlifting. You’ll learn the proper technique for the snatch and clean & jerk from British Weightlifting qualified coaches. Places are limited and the next course starts on Tuesday 1st February.
