I added a little hand made decorative border for around the fireplace just as a little thank you.

Our latest LVT masterpiece.

80 square meters of J2flooring’s Country Oak luxury vinyl tiles. Fitted to a large open planned kitchen/diner, lounge and octagonal hallway.
For the kitchen/diner , lounge we went with a traditional herringbone pattern with a beautiful double block border around the perimeter and central island. And then added a little white 5mm design strip around the kitchen island and across the kitchen units to match the customers white marble work tops and really make the borders pop. For the hallway we went with the Chateau Weave design and a single block border complimented by a hand cut Black Slate and Country Oak treble pinstripe.

Hanson Plywood Ltd,s SP101 flooring grade plywood was used for preparing the subfloor. Orion power 22mm ring shanked nails to firmly fix the new plywood sheets in place 🧡👌🏻
All flooring fully bonded to the new subfloor using UZIN UK’s KE49HT high temperature adhesive.
Stairrods UK Ltd’s Bendybull edging strip used to finish off the inner edge of the hallway central circle.

This week we had the absolute pleasure of installing this beautiful Harvey Maria Pembroke Slate tile and Nuance slate border to the kitchen of a beautiful Victorian property over in Barnsley.

30 square meters of Moduleo UK - Luxury Vinyl Flooring’s Blackjack Oak. Fitted to a gallery snug, landings and small office of a new build property in the centre of Nottingham.
Subfloor prepared with 6mm flooring grade plywood and the flooring was bonded in place using UZIN UK’s KE2000S.

Another stunning Barley Oak herringbone fitted to a kitchen/diner and downstairs loo this week.
Subfloor prepared with Hanson Plywood Ltd’s SP101 flooring grade plywood and then given a generous coat of ARDEX UK’s Feather Finish.
Flooring bonded in place with UZIN UK’s KE49HT high temperature adhesive.

Beautiful J2flooring Creo, heritage style floor fitted to an entrance hall to finish the week.

😍Another flooring masterpiece complete 😍

Today I had the absolute pleasure of fitting this stunning Kährs Komi herringbone floor to the lounge of a lovely property in Pontefract.

The customer wanted something unique so we came up with a half block, offset cross grain design for the double block border. And then complimented it with the same design running through the centre of a double mat black pinstripe. The results speak for themselves, but what an absolutely stunning floor it turned out to be.

Subfloor preparation..
we started by grinding back the paint that someone had previously applied to the floor area. Once that had been fully removed we gave the concrete a generous coat of suitable primer. Then we applied seven units of UZIN UK’s NC196 water based smoothing compound. All flooring bonded in place with UZIN UK’s KE49HT high temperature acrylic adhesive.

Fitted to the lounge/kitchen/diner, hallway, three bedrooms and landings of a stunning three story new property in the centre of Nottingham.

Busy day over in Wakefield fitting this stunning 100% recycled carpet on behalf of Dale Price Flooring Solutions Ltd.
Floorwise Esteem underlay and Blue Dimond grippers were used to give the carpet and customer ultimate comfort. ✅💎
We also used Gekko Flooring Adhesives G25 carpet adhesive 🦎👌🏻

Hallway, kitchen, diner and downstairs toilet in Karndean Designflooring’s Lime Washed Oak luxury vinyl tiles. Fitted on Hanson Plywood Ltd’s SP101 flooring grade plywood. All flooring bonded in place using Karndean Universal adhesive. Stairrods UK Ltd’s Ali Trimline Zbar’s used to compliment the flooring in the doorways. 👌🏻

Fitted for one of loyal repeat customers, Mr & Mr’s Barns of North Hykeham, Lincoln. 😁

45 square meters of Kährs UK’s, Sarek, luxury vinyl tiles. Fitted at 45° to an island kitchen/ diner over in Wakefield. This one took some skill’s to get the planks around the brickwork just right, but I’m sure the pic’s speak for themselves..👌🏻
Flooring was set bonded in place with UZIN UK’s KE49HT adhesive, and finished off with a top quality Stairrods UK Ltd’s nosing on the step.

Yet another stunning installation completed over in Wakefield this week on behalf of Dale Price Flooring Solutions Ltd.

35 square meters of Bhavesh Tapariya/CVF Direct’s Taiga herringbone lvt with a single plank border and 5mm gold feature strip, fitted to the open plan kitchen/lounge and upper hallway.

A Stairrods UK Ltd Bendybull stair edge was used to finish off where the herringbone floor meets the carpet on the upper hallway.

8 square meters of Taiga fitted in another heritage design (Chateau Weave)to the downstairs entrance lobby.

All subfloor’s for the lvt were prepared with Hanson Plywood Ltd’s SP101 flooring grade plywood nailed at 100mm centres and flooring bonded in place with UZIN UK’s KE49HT adhesive.

10 square meters of Hugh Mackay 100% wool Berber carpet with black binding fitted as a central runner to the main kite winding staircase.

60 square meters of Manhattan Luxury H**p carpet fitted to the upper kite winding staircase, bedroom and attic master bedroom.

A massive amount of time and work went into this one but we think the results speak for themselves 😊

Today we had the pleasure of installing this beautiful Moduleo UK - Luxury Vinyl Flooring’s Mustang Slate, to a new kitchen/diner extension over in Hull.

Another busy start to the week getting this large kitchen/diner up to standard and ready to accept the new Amtico flooring.

The area used to be three separate rooms with minimal natural light. Our customers had wall’s removed to create one large open space to enjoy family time and entertain friends. The floors were on three different levels so we put our expertise to work and repaired the original floorboards, and removed Bob the builder’s poor attempt at floorboard repair’s. We covered the whole area in Hanson Plywood Ltd’s 9mm thick SP101 flooring grade plywood, glued and bonded to the floor. Then a coating the area with ARDEX UK’s P51 primer and a generous coat of Feather finish.

Herringbone hallway heaven 😇

Today we had the absolute pleasure of installing this stunning Luvanto Natural Oak herringbone lvt to the hallway of a beautiful 1930’s property in Willerby, East Yorkshire. The customers gave us free reign on the floor so we added a fanned border around the curved bullnose step and a hand cut treble pinstripe inlay around the perimeter of the central field.

180 square meters of Karndean Designflooring’s Art Select, Hickory Walnut. Fitted to the whole downstairs of a beautiful property in Wainfleet, Lincolnshire.

This weeks beautiful bespoke floor.

Forty square meters of Luvanto flooring’s Arctic Maple lvt with a stunning hand made northern star compass added to the centre of the kitchen. Fitted to the hallway, kitchen/diner and utility of a beautiful property in Beverly. A massive amount of preparation went into this one as the concrete subfloor had contaminants and moisture issues. We started by grinding all the old flooring adhesive residue’s, plaster and paint from the slab. We then applied two coats of F Ball and Co Ltd’s F78 water surface membrane before adding 16 bags of Stopgap 1200 smoothing compound. Flooring bonded in place with F48 fibre reinforced adhesive.

Just under forty square meters of Karndean Designflooring’s Art Select, Prairie Oak.
Fitted to the hallway, island kitchen/diner, snug, utility and downstairs toilet of a new build property in Hull. The concrete subfloor was ground over to remove any contaminant’s and the smoothed with F Ball and Co Ltd’s Stopgap 1200 smoothing compound.

45 square meters of J2flooring’s Blonde Oak herringbone lvt flooring with a single block border and 4mm walnut feather strip. Fitted to a large island kitchen/diner and entrance hall. We also added a little hand made cross grain design to the customers door step for that extra little wow factor.

Something totally unique 😍

20 square meters of J2flooring’s Bleached Oak lvt flooring. This colour is only available in a large plank format but our customer wanted it in a small block herringbone. All blocks were hand cut to size on site as well as the walnut treble pinstripe inlay and curved border. Subfloor prepared with with Tilemaster Adhesives’s Pro Flow smoothing compound and flooring bonded with Uzin UK’s KE49HT high temperature adhesive.
