We recently had a student come back to us to train after a long time away 🤩 🔥NOT the awesome young man in this video by the way, it’s just that this is part of our foundation and something we train a lot with up to 4 people No striking is seen here but it is included at all levels, including take downs, strikes, kicks, grabs etc, it’s all studied under stress but a good foundation is needed. Why did this student come back ? Well they stopped training when they were 7 yrs old they are now nearly 14, just to put it into context how long they have been away from training. Their parents felt happy with the confidence that had come from our sessions previously, but we always try to keep people training as a year or two is good but staying and getting to black belt and beyond is best for so many reasons ! Sadly recently this old student was attacked by a group of people, they really didn’t have any choice and it was stressed based and in amongst a large crowd so also disorienting.. Let’s put what happened as it’s very regular nowadays in our society sadly and this isn’t the first time we’ve had adults and kids join us because of this. ✅They we’re targeted by fellow students ✅They we’re physically assaulted and attacked ✅It was all filmed and shared on social media ✅Schools did next to nothing ✅More than one started striking at once HEAD HUNTING which is normal in assaults ✅They we’re dragged to the ground by a third person from behind ✅they had multiple people striking at once so very chaotic ✅They we’re carrying a bag, so at another disadvantage ✅They we’re unaware this was going to happen so hugely caught off guard They did fight back ! They did recover and try their best which is something to say about this persons character 🔥🔥🔥💯 But this STUDENT wishes they had continued training as the situation was nearly if not directly the same as we train ✅stress based ✅multiple p

Getting fit starts somewhere Don't judge, don't look down on anyone just do you! We all start a class a beginner Join a gym and have never lifted before Go Crossfit and you can't do a handstand Have fun enjoy the process, but never look at other beginners and judge.. That makes you a 😅😉

Well just to remind you that we do have amazing kids classes And they are great fun But also that we are starting family classes so you can hit your kids and its totally legal Be fast as parents are literally falling over to attend 👍 Kids are not so eager 😅💯

Full Knee surgery 💚🖤 This was done less than 3 months ago and he's been back training 5 weeks! He had only been supporting his own body weight a few weeks and he's back at classes, 😎🤘 With his other yet to be done and still prone to dislocation... This is what Martial Arts and Self Defence does Ciaran has gained more movement and mobility, absolutely smashed his physio's expectations and all through getting stuck back in and listening to himself and his body HE WAS EVEN Kicking 💪 in the first few weeks of training, very carefully and gently as that was all he could do but he has excelled and blown me and us all away Well done buddy
