I’ll have 2 small afternoon tea boxes tomorrow- (Sunday 21st July) available for delivery (Worthing only) between 11 - 12pm

Each box contains:

A fruit scone with cream & jam
2 tofu egg sandwiches
2 cashew cream cheeze & chive sandwiches
🍋1 lemon drizzle mini loaf
2 mini strawberry custard tarts🍓
2 mini cheeze scones

It’s all vegan (obvs)
Allergens: Gluten, Soya, Nuts, Mustard

I’d like to say a HUGE thank you to my amazing friends and customers for your support.

The last few weeks have been a proper full on baking frenzy and with lots going on outside of the baking that’s been making my head spin, I’ve barely had time to stop and appreciate.

So, making that time now, I want to say thank you to everyone who has bought something from me, posted about me, liked, recommended and supported me.

I made loads of treats as it was going to be a long day but as I was the new girl at the party it was a little slow for me.
Kind of starting from scratch again at a new market in a new place BUT it was a brilliant day and I loved it. And I have THE BEST FRIENDS coming all the way to watch me spill tea all over my table!

So here’s what I’ve got…

I’ve got this cute little box of treats going spare today.

2x shortbread biscuits topped with vanilla buttercream and a strawberry
2x chocolate brownie slices - swirled with cherry jam & topped with mixed nuts

Ready for collection from nr Durrington station between 4-5pm today.

When I’ve got lots of baking on, I get through the day powered by many, many cups of tea (and a few cake off cuts!)

I sometimes need to remind myself to eat properly once I’m finished as it’s too tempting to just eat toast.

So veggies to my rescue last night.

I cooked up a lemon risotto and topped it with roasted asparagus & tomatoes. Karen has some amazing veggies selected and these turned the delicious dial right up on my dinner…

I’ve got some slices of this coffee & walnut cake available today or tomorrow.

I’ve given them a festive little makeover to enjoy on a chilly winters afternoon…

What’s a Christmas Cream Tea?
It’s this - 2 cinnamon spiced fruit scones, with brandy soaked sultanas & cranberries, topped with cinnamon sugar.
Served with a plum jam that’s got a little kick of ginger and amaretto cream to top it all off…

In getting the flavours right, I may have eaten a lot of them!

Available to order now for delivery from weekend of Nov 11 right up to Christmas.
