Hello everyone! How is your weekend going? It’s a local day for me with endless sorting to do at home but I did escape for a mid-afternoon walk with my daughter, a friend and her dog through the grounds of and along the river Tiffey before wandering down the high street and past our lovely Market Cross. We stopped for mochas and milkshakes and visited for assorted pet treats. Squirrel the hamster will be trying his first dried mealworm later. Yum! 😂 Back just as the heavens opened. Again! What have you been up to?

Snippets are thin on the ground these days but I have unearthed a couple before the last posting date. First is this one from Moonlight Chase. It measures 20 x 20.5cm approximately and is £30 plus £2.50 1st class UK shipping. Drop me a comment or a message if you would like it. There’s only one, first come first served and I’m posting on Instagram as well. ✂️

Snippets are sections cut from original collagraph prints that contain faults. The pieces saved are the parts that were a success and that deserve to find a new home! ✂️

Up it all went and down it came…again. I feel like I haven’t sat down for a month with so many things in the diary and have even had to eat my breakfast in the car (not when I was the one behind the wheel in case you were wondering) but one thing I can tick off for 2023 is public markets. I am done. Thank you to all those who came to say hello (in some cases on more than one occasion - you know who you are ❤️) and especially to those who spent their hard-earned pennies on my work. Etsy and Jarrold Store Folk remain open and online orders are still welcomed with open arms. I have been sending all orders out by complimentary first class Royal Mail services for a couple of weeks now but please bear in mind that even for this the last date guaranteed to arrive by Christmas is Wednesday 20th December. So that’s a wrap for today and thank you to Local Makers Market for having me at The Shoe Factory Social Club today. 🎬

Goodies galore 10-4 this Saturday at Wymondham Abbey. Stalls, crafts, food, music and entertainment will fill this 900 year old landmark both inside and out. Can’t wait! ❄️

Just back from a night away in Aldeburgh - one of my favourite places and somewhere that provided the inspiration for many of my early designs. I couldn’t resist taking a few postcards featuring these pieces with me to photograph on the beach. 🌊

Whilst delivering new Bury-themed collagraph prints, posters, tote bags and postcards to The Handmade Shop & Gallery today I popped down to Abbey Gardens Bury St Edmunds to take a photo of one of the postcards ‘in situ’. You’ll just have to take my word for it that this is what the building looks like as the real thing is behind the card. If only I could have trained one of the many squirrels to hold this up for me instead. Of course in reality it probably would have acted like a sail and blown them away as it was rather windy!! 😂🐿️
