Unvented Hot Water Upgrades

Customer was struggling with terrible pressure throughout the property. An old fortic cylinder was installed downstairs, so that was removed. A very tight install but everything fitted in. 💧✅️

Worcester Greenstar 2000 Install

Old Ideal Classic boiler removed. Full system power flush, a couple of radiator upgrades, and a new Worcester Greenstar 2000 Combination boiler installed. 🔥✅️

Bathroom Install

This room used to be a hallway. The customer had an idea to create a downstairs bathroom.💡

New vanity basin unit, toilet, chrome towel rail and shower enclosure installed. 💧✅️

Radiator upgrades and the boiler serviced as well. 🔥✅️

Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Install

Hot water upgraded from a 6 litre electric hot water heater feeding two sinks to a 120 litre unvented cylinder, now feeding all hot outlets including a new shower. 💧✅️

Bathroom Upgrades

New walk-in bath installed, toilet and basin replaced. Fixed glass shower screen, a new course of tiles around the bath and grab rails installed for extra support💧✅️

New vinyl roll flooring installed. ✅️

Grant Vortex Pro Combi Install

Internal heat only oil boiler, hot water cylinder and F&E tanks removed. New External Grant Combination boiler installed and property upgraded to mains pressure throughout. Full heating system including pipework and radiators.🔥✅️

Utility and bathroom plumbing works completed 💧✅️

Full Bathroom Install

Bedroom redesigned for a full bathroom install. Free standing bath, vanity basin unit, toilet, dual fuel towel rail and a walk-in shower with screen. New vinyl flooring and walls tiled throughout. 💧✅️

All tiling and decorating done by D.G.S general builders ⚒️✅️

Spot lights, extractor fan and towel rail supply installed by Ben Smith Electrical ⚡️✅️

Walk-in Shower Install

Old bath and tiles removed. New walk-in shower tray with fixed glass screen and aquapanels installed.💧✅️

Vaillant Combi Install

Biasi boiler removed and a new Vaillant Combi installed. Scale reducer, inline strainer and shock arrestor for incoming mains protection, Vaillant heating system filter installed with a nice 10 year warranty.🔥✅️

Power flush in Hewish, Crewkerne.

Heating system unused for several years in an empty property. Not the worst I have seen but definitely needed a good flush before installing new radiators✅️

MagnaClean system filter also installed✅️

Emergency boiler swap in Yeovil.

Customer called after moving into a new property to find the boiler faulty and completely blocked with limescale and sludge ⚠️

Viessmann Vitoden removed and a Worcester Greenstar 2000 installed✅️

Hive Heating controls also installed ✅️

Gas boiler replacement in Glastonbury.

Vaillant TurboMax removed and the new Vaillant EcoTec Plus 832 installed.

Heating system filter and scale reducer fitted✅️

Hot and cold outside taps installed in Stoke-Sub-Hamdon.

This install was to help with filling up a jacuzzi in the garden. A lot of outside taps going in lately 🌞✅️

Recent oil job out in Stembridge near Martock.

Power flushed old heating system, internal Camray oil boiler, hot water cylinder and F&E storage tanks removed. ✅️

New Grant Vortex Pro External Combi installed. Upgraded hot water to mains pressure, scale reducer and BoilerMag system filter installed. ✅️

New bathroom suit installed, also a new shower enclosure added to the bathroom.

Hot water cylinder swap in Crewkerne.

Due to the old cylinder being full of limescale, the customer was getting very little hot water at the taps. The internal coil was also split. New hot water cylinder installed.

Emergency boiler swap in Dorchester.

Brand new Vaillant EcoTec Plus installed. Scale reducer and filter installed on incoming main and Adey MagnaClean system filter installed to keep the heating system and boiler clean.

Bathroom refurbishment in Islington, North London.

Toilet and shower enclosure removed and a bath with overhead waterfall shower installed.

Electric oven and induction hob install in Yeovil.

Electric oven had various faults which needed replacing, gas hob also removed and induction hob installed.

Gas fire condemned in Bridport.

On a gas service I found the chimney was blocked with twigs. I capped off the gas supply and removed the fire to allow for the chimney sweep to attend for further investigation. This was a very dangerous situation as the products of combustion could enter the room if the appliance is operated.
