Front of the main house looking absolutely fantastic over at myton grange. Been a long slog with how rough it was before, all the repairs and replacing the finnials but it has all been worth it when it ends up looking like this. All done using Zinsser UK oil based gloss. The best on the market for exterior paint.

Luxury bathroom refit from back end of last year -- fully ripped out, refloored , waterproofed, tiled floors and walls (large format stone effect on 3 walls and a feature wall of 6in metro tiles) and appliances fitted.

Big repair job on a 153 year old bay window today as part of an exterior painting and restoration project.

Built and painted this bathroom cupboard to make the most out of an awkward unusable space.

Interior decorating from last year with an interesting colour scheme of black on white with ceilings and spindles in black creating a very contemporary look. + Decorating the office at the same time along with it. Also made a built in cupboard in the office that can be used for office storage or shelves taken out and used as a built in wardrobe if the customer decided to use it as an extra bedroom at a later date.

Decking stairs rebuild from 2021. Customer wanted to reuse as much as possible so you may notice some parts are older wood. Still needs a paint to match the rest of the deck.

Little simple built in wardrobe to make use of the slope of the ceiling and make use of an unusable space. Did this one in 2020 .

Exterior painting job from last spring. - paints are Dulux trade exterior gloss mixed to match customers colours.

Decorating job in easingwold from the other year. Lovely topical wallpaper (god I want this pattern in my house) and pink from The Little Greene Paint Company . A very daring design but I think it worked out fabulous, what do you think??

loft conversion for a customer in 2021 - the customer wanted to use the space of the house as effectively as possible and make a lovely little play room/hang out for his young daughter. Did the full job start to finish. Was just a regular empty loft before. I reinforced all all the joists running new ones alongside to add strength and level out the un-evenness, installed kingspan between all floor and roof joists, installed the stair ladder, flooring and two built in cupboards to make use of the space as effectively as possible. Also added handrails and a closeable hatch that can be walked on to increase the safety as much as possible. Then all plasterboarded out, skimmed and decorated.

Need more storage in your kitchen for spices and pots of ingredients e.t.c? Did this little shelf set up for a customer in York in 2020. The design incorporates a cupboard that hides away the unsightly fusebox and gives the kitchen I tidy yet cottagey feel. Also note the lip on the edge of the shelves to prevent items from falling off.
