Huge roof clean we finished today in Clifton Moor. We used a low pressure steam clean to protect the integrity of the tiles whilst providing an unrivalled results. Day 2 of our Wheldrake project saw us installing dark buff resin based jointing compound and carrying out repairs to loose slabs. We return once it has set to apply biocide and seal 💎💦

Today saw the start of our Wheldrake project. We are doing a total restoration of this Indian stone patio and began by removing the old damaged pointing and giving the stones a chemical treatment and steam clean. We are returning tomorrow to carry out repairs to loose stones and to reinstate pointing with buff coloured resin. We will then return once dried to apply sealant to the surface to create a beautiful natural finish. Stay tuned for the final results this week 💎💦

Another incredible transformation at today’s job in Strensall. The previous resin pointing had been installed to a poor standard meaning it had lost it’s integrity over a short period of time. After a chemical pretreatment and hot wash the resin was reinstated with all new deep grey coloured jointing compound to create a sleek and elegant finish. Stay tuned for the results on today’s job in Bilborough. This patio had a blanket coverage of black lichen that even multiple chemical treatments and steam cleaning wouldn’t budge. We decided to apply a specialist biocide mixture that will weather into the face of the natural stone and kill any organic life including the black lichen and all it spores. The time it takes to get successful results varies on the severity of the infestation but expect to see results over the next 4 weeks and to continue to work up to 6 months from now. Huge contract completed today for one of our commercial clients in Selby. This office building was covered in years of grime and lichen and needed to be deep cleaned before it is to be sprayed in specialists 4K paint giving it a clean and modern look. Due to access restrictions we had to complete the clean entirely from ground level. This patio had lost nearly all its cement pointing and was covered in moss, algae and black lichen that was deeply embedded into the surface of this Indian stone. We softwashed followed by powerful steam cleaning to get to create this stunning patio. Look at the pastille coloured slabs complimented by the resin compound we used to repoint. This patio had some of the worst black lichen I had ever seen. Over 20 years of neglect meant it was a fight to the end to get this incredible transformation. Using softwash techniques and high pressure steam cleaning we managed to eradicate the majority of the marks. For the remaining marks we used a biocide treatment that will kill the lichen spores over the course of the next few months and leave the Indian stone in brand new condition once more.
