35k boiler replaced the 28kw allowing extra power for the ensuite thats going to be placed in the new extension. 28mm gas re-run to give adequate supply to this new boiler. A great start to the week

I can’t believe it’s still my first year in business that milestone won’t be reached until early January. To make sure I get to help as many people as possible on the run up-to Christmas I’ve purposely kept the 21st and 22nd of December empty in my diary for boiler and heating emergencies on the final days before Christmas. Something to remember Incase of that SOS is needed.

All this damage was caused by a blocked condensate trap causing a plastic hose to split.
An annual service would of prevented this from happening. As bad as it looks this is fixable and no long term damage done or major parts required. This will be fixed and up and running by tomorrow. Great install in Fulford yesterday. A new system boiler replacing the 12 year old Worcester that had a burst expansion vessel and sky high carbon monoxide readings. 💥🙏🏼

Last ever service for this old grafter. It’s rare I service a fire backboiler these days. Although it could potentially run on for another 10 years or more. After 35 years the couple have decided it’s time to plan upgrading to a more modern and efficient boiler and system. If you have an old inefficient boiler or gas appliance, or even a more modern set up already but are unsure you’re getting the most efficient use out of your system.
