Meet our new youth worker 😃 Israel is joining the staff team in September, working 2 days a week to develop our youth discipleship and reach other young people who don’t know Jesus. Israel moved to York from Brasilia 8 months ago where he was a PE teacher and youth counsellor. 👏

☀🏖This Sunday is final Sunday gathering before be take a break for August for our teams and staff to rest and relax. ☀
We'll be back to our regularly scheduled Sunday services from 1st September.

We’re thrilled to announce that Eli will be our new student team leader starting from September! 🙌

Eli has been a part of G2 since she was a student, and we’re really excited to see her vision for the students.

🌭 FREE BBQ's are back! 🌭

York students are about to enter a stressful time of exams and assessments and this gives us the perfect opportunity to show them Jesus’ love by feeding them lunch on campus, for free! Last year we fed 1,200 students and this year we're hoping for even more. This is happening the next 3 Friday's from 1pm on the University campus.

Here's how you can help out:

1) Pray for the students to receive and experience God's love.
2) Distribute flyers on Wednesdays on Campus (in the evening).
3) Provide transport on Thursday evening to buy supplies.
4) Take a long lunch and join us BBQing on Fridays from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

✨Celebrate Easter at G2! ✨
This Sunday is Easter day, and G2's Easter celebration is at 11am upstairs in our usual venue: The Centre at Burnholme. It would be great to have you join in celebrating Jesus being alive!

We're SOLD OUT! All the spaces for Fire Pit Fest are filled, and we're really excited to be returning to The Snowball Plantation in May for more community fellowship and teaching.

This Sunday it's Palm Sunday, which marks the beginning of the final week of Jesus' life. We'd love for you to join us.
