A small job in skelton we carried out at the end of last year, converted a garage to a snug room and removed existing walls to create a large open plan kitchen/dining room.

Can any one help me out on some advise.
A friend of mine has extreme condensation on their bedroom ceiling/wall. It has a small rake ceiling from pan hight to ceiling and condensation runs down the vaulted part. I have checked the roof and totally dry and felt in good condition???? It's old bitumen felt. Windows are in good condition and vented.

From this old looking garge to this slightly bigger lovely white finished render garage. All finished now, thanks to each trade who worked on it.

Another extension started this Monday down weatherby Road. Demolition done, foundations dug and concreted up. Getting it to DPC starts tomorrow. Thanks again to A R Pump and MKM for excellent service.
