Bohemia House was one of the largest projects we have completed to date. Working closely with DLM Architects and Jamie Allez Carpentry & Construction we have created a bespoke home tailored to the clients every need. The installation had its challenges of course, each pendant light drop had to flow seamlessly from the ceiling with no metal work visible. This involved creating long runs of conduit to fixed points to create the effect of the cable disappearing into the ceiling. The main lighting within the house was LED tape, hidden under plinths and vertical recesses.
All internal wall lights and pendants were supplied by Buster + Punch. The outside lighting and all fixture plates were sourced locally from YESSS Electrical. Lighting within the main living areas, master bedroom and garden were controlled by a Rako lighting system supplied by Element Ltd.
If an electrician could have a masterpiece in his portfolio, Bohemia would be it.

The Floatroom Guernsey was a unique project for us to be involved with. Our clients specification was to have lighting installed which complimented the warm, relaxed environment they had created. LED tape was used around the mirror and dropped ceiling to create a halo affect. Fiber optics were installed in the dropped ceiling to create a starlight effect above the float pool which also has the ability to change colour. We were also lucky enough to be given the opportunity to try out the facility!
