This day I had just finished a week of dayshift, lightweight work, and I hadn't weighed the plates or bar before putting the weights on. I mean the rogue bar was on point but some of those ivanko weights were imbalanced. Not an excuse on why I failed but an interesting development for sure on where I was on an empty stomach considering. I mean I hadn't ate anything before working out like this. I'm still working on making sure I get that full 90 degree knee bend but I have doubt on "touch and go" squats. So I try to do a paused squats now to mitigate that issue.
