Participants will play a single game with other participants in the same category, wherein each participant ( or crew member, depending on availability of players to fill slots ) will randomly draw a difficulty from a curated list, and then pick a song based on the difficulty drawn. This is followed by the same participant drawing a random condition from a pool of predetermined conditions that all participants must fulfil for that song to earn a point for themselves. The player with the most points at the end of the 4 songs will win. In the event of a tie, a single song will be played as a tiebreaker between the tied players with all the above conditions, and the player with highest score relative to the condition drawn will win. -- Alright that's about it! Hey y’all! To preamp you guys for the upcoming Rhythmeet maimai Tournament, we’re here to reveal to you the procedure and scoring system we will be using! On the single elimination, there will be 4 songs in total. First song will be randomised, each player is allowed to veto once. Second song choice lays in the hand of player A while the third song is picked by player B. Last song is pre-determined by organisers beforhand. ----- Scoring will be percentage based, with a minor twist! There will be a DX score modifier added on top of the regular percentage score, where the player who scores higher in their DX score for each song will receive a bonus to their percentages, modifiers are as follows for each category: - 0.1% for Rhythmaster - 0.2% for Beatmaster The highest percentage at the end of round will be declared the winner, and the other player is eliminated from the tournament. ----- #rhythmgame #rhythmeet2024 #event #funscape #cobay #tournament #maimai #sega

Fellow Chunithm contestants, here are some things you should keep in mind before heading into the tournament this Saturday! Chuni and Shouni category players that make it past quarter finals are required to ban one more song before heading into the semi-finals.
