Hi everyone,

My name is Maali Simon and I am currently studying IT at the College of Further Education. I have experience working with computers and have been refurbishing used computers for over two years.

Recently, I have decided to establish a small business scheme in Guernsey to provide better-priced IT support to those that need it.

I am available over a highly flexible schedule, meaning that I am happy to help you during evenings and weekends as well as during weekdays. I have no set working hours, meaning that I will arrange a visit with you, based on your best convenience.

Generally, I am offering refurbished laptop and desktop sales. These computers have been thoroughly tested and are in full working condition.
I am also offering home user support, in which I will visit your homes and resolve your computer issues.
I will also be available to show you how to do certain tasks on your computer that you are wanting to learn to do.

I offer a base rate of £35 per hour, however, for certain repairs, I may be required to purchase parts for your computer, meaning I will need to add the cost of those parts to the labour charge.

Additionally, I am offering a "No Fix, No Fee" policy for computer repairs. This way you will have the guarantee that if I cannot fix it, you will not be charged, no matter the time spent.
