The road will be closed from the filter past the pub and also towards St Peters from 11.30, so park nearby and walk on down!

TRIATHLON REMINDER

We are on the Triathlon route for the Guernsey2023 Island Games tomorrow - and it's a great spot to watch the race.

The roads close from 11.30am, we open at 12 noon and there is access on foot under the direction of the race marshalls.

There will be food, live music and a great selection of drinks - so come along and give the athletes some good Venture support!

IT'S ALMOST TIME!

The Guernsey2023 Island Games gets under way tomorrow and there's a chance to catch the action this Sunday in our beer garden.

We will be putting on a special Guernsey2023 supporters party for the Triathlon with live acoustic music, food and lots of cold drinks on tap! 😎

Come and join us and cheer the athletes on as they pass.

We're open from 12 noon, but remember, the road will be closed from 11.30 (there is still access under direction of the race marshalls on foot), so make sure your games-plan is ready!

Don't forget the fabulous Shaun Potts will be with us this Sunday as part of our Island Games Triathlon celebrations.

He'll be playing an acoustic set in our front garden, bringing you all your favourites from the 60's right through to the modern day - if you've not heard him before, you're in for a treat!

Food is available, and there is prime viewing to be had of all the athletes as they pass right in front of the pub. The road closes at 11.30 - there is still access on foot, and we will be open from 12 noon.

CHEER OUR TRIATHLETES ON!

Don't forget we're putting on a special Island Games event this Sunday in honour of the Triathlon passing right outside our front garden!

We will be open from 12 noon, the road will be closed from the filter towards St Peters and outside the pub heading towards Pleinmont from 11.30am.

Organisers say people will still be able to walk down the road under direction of the marshalls, so park nearby or take advantage of the free buses and finish your journey on foot.

We'll have live acoustic music from Shaun Potts, food and lots of cold drinks on tap! 😎

The roads might be closed for the Triathlon on Sunday, but we are very much open!

So rather than being stuck in your house for the afternoon, why not Venture Out and join us! We've got a prime viewing spot right outside the pub, and will have food, entertainment and fun all afternoon from 12 noon.
