Saffery Trust sponsors champion junior golfer on professional tour Saffery Trust has supported a champion junior Guernsey golfer who will be playing on a professional tour around the UK.

Saffery Trust appoints Associate Director of People & Culture Sharon Coburn has been appointed as Associate Director of People & Culture for Saffery Trust in Guernsey.

As part of our ongoing commitment to prioritising health and wellbeing for our people, we invited Isle Health CEO, Megan Seward, to host two Lunch’n’Learn sessions for our Guernsey team on Workplace Movement and Sedentary Behaviour. Megan shared valuable insights on simple steps we can all take to keep active in an office environment. We have already seen staff putting the advice into practice – thank you Megan!

Saffery Trust celebrates 95% staff retention rate Saffery Trust has announced an average 95% staff retention rate in 2023 across its offices in Cayman, Dubai, Guernsey and Switzerland.

We ran a photography competition through 2023, asking staff to submit their best photos for the different seasons. A selection of those photos were then chosen for the 2024 Saffery Trust calendar, which were gifted to all staff. January’s photo was taken by Executive Administration Manager, Paula Waterman, showcasing a colourful array of local ormers.
