You can always do something aside the pulpit...
Prophet Dr. Hope Hodzi.

Paul said I work with my own hands and instructed us as well.

1Thessalonians 4:11-12...King James Version.

And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; that ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.

Demonic alters are real... God's Altars are Very Very Real...don't play with issues of Raising an Altar unto the Lord.

An Altar is a Spiritual wifi that connects man to God.

# It's a meeting place or platform for the display or demonstration of spirits.

To be Born again alone is not enough, you must deal with your foundations and roots. Without that one will be limited even though you are a Christian, no matter your titles in life, drop them when we are talking about altars. Titles does not save anybody, your weight in the Spirit matters.

REITERATED DIARY:

*MEDIA PROPAGANDA VERSUS GENUINE VICTIMS OF FAKE MEN OF GOD*

Saturday, 27th January 2024

Through the guidance of the spirit, I will like to bring to your attention two distinct scenarios. These are, the propaganda of the media against the church; and genuine victims of "fake pastors and prophets". It takes the spirit of discernment to tell the difference.

The media is on an agenda to fight the church of Jesus Christ. One of the ways they are doing this is to attack Ministers of the gospel. The intension for attacking these men of God is to destroy the church of Jesus Christ (and the faith of many young Christians).

In as much as the media is on this agenda, there are also individuals who have been victimized by certain pastors and prophets. These individuals genuinely need help to recover from the damages caused to them. Issues of this kind must not be generalized. *They are peculiar issues that needs peculiar solutions to fix them.*

When you hear certain things about Ministers of the gospel don't just join the bandwagon to criticize the church. Listen to the voice of the spirit on the matter through the spirit of discernment. Then you'll know whether it's a media propaganda against the church or it's a genuine victim who needs help.

Let me quickly clarify something. There are two groups of people using the pastoral and prophetic offices to harm God's people. The first set are fake pastors and prophets - these are people who are using negative or evil powers. The second group are NOT fake though. They are good pastors and prophets who have allowed their appetites and personal interest to lead them to take advantage and exploit God's people. It's sad and pathetic!

In as much as there are "tares" among the "wheat", that is fake pastors and prophets, we should NOT join the media to criticize the church. They don't have the right to tell us who is right or wrong. We have the Spirit of God and "discernment" , therefore we can tell who's CORRECT and who's FAKE.

There's a beautiful parable told by Jesus Christ in Matthew 13:24-30. I will like to paraphrase the story. A certain man planted good seeds in his farm. Then at night an evil man went to sow bad seeds among the good seeds. During the day, the servants of the good man saw the bad seeds and asked their master how that happened. The good master told them that at night an evil man sown the bad seeds among the good seeds. The servants asked the good master whether they should uproot the bad seeds. The master said NO, because whilst uprooting the bad seeds they will destroy some of the good seeds, so they should allow both to grow together. Then at harvest time they will harvest the good ones and destroy or burn the bad ones.

Matt.13.30 - *Let both grow together until the harvest*: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

The story above tells us that it's not our responsibility to attack fake pastors and prophets. The Lord Jesus will handle them himself at the "end of the world". However when there's a Christian brother or sister who has been victimized by any Pastor or prophet we can/should help them to fix the issue by the guidance of the spirit. Deal with that pastor or prophet to fix the issue as the Spirit of God guides you. But let us not generalize it to speak against the church.

Rom.14.10 - But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? *for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.*

Matt.16.27 - For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; *and then he shall reward every man according to his works.*

1Cor.4.5 - *Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come*, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

In conclusion, I will encourage all of us to give serious attention to the study of the word of God and prayer in these end times. And also consistently practice being filled with the spirit of God so that you'll be spiritually highly sensitive always to discern rightly by the guidance of the spirit.

Acts.6.4 - But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.

Remember! We stand with Jesus Christ and His true church! Shalom!! Peace!! Jesus is coming soon. Maranatha!!

Let these stir you up to pray:

Thomas B. Brooks โ€“ โ€œPrayer crowns God with the honor and glory due to His name, and God crowns prayer with assurance and comfort. The most praying souls are the most assured souls.โ€
John Bunyan โ€“ โ€œIn prayer, it is better to have heart without words, than words without heart.
Prayer will make a man cease from sin, or sin entice a man to cease from prayer. The spirit of prayer is more precious than treasures of gold and silver. Pray often, for prayer is a shield to the soul, a sacrifice to God, and a scourge for Satan.โ€

โ€œThe best prayers often have more groans than words.โ€ [John Bunyan (1628-1688)]

โ€œYou can do more than pray after youโ€™ve prayed, but you cannot do more than pray until you have prayed.โ€-AJ Gordon

Thomas Kinkade โ€“ โ€œThe power of prayer is like turning on a light as it illuminates Godโ€™s purpose for our lives. There is no greater connection to knowing His will other than the word.โ€

Brother Lawrence โ€“ โ€œPrayer is nothing else than a sense of Godโ€™s presenceโ€

Martin Luther โ€“ โ€œPrayer is not overcoming Godโ€™s reluctance, but laying hold of His willingness.โ€

Thomas Lye โ€“ โ€œI had rather stand against the cannons of the wicked than against the prayers of the righteous.โ€

The disciples went to our Lord and said, โ€˜Lord, teach us to prayโ€™ (Luke 11:1). They did not ask Him how to pray; they werenโ€™t looking for lessons on technique or an outline for ritualistic prayer. They had obviously heard our Lord pray, and they wanted to learn how to pray on the same high level as He did. This is a request many of us today need to make: โ€˜Lord, teach us to pray.'โ€ [taken from โ€œOn Prayerโ€ โ€“ Praying and Living in the Fatherโ€™s Willโ€]

F.B. Meyer โ€“ โ€œFall on your knees and grow there. There is no burden of the spirit but is lighter by kneeling under it. Prayer means not always talking to Him, but waiting before Him till the dust settles and the stream runs clear.โ€

โ€œThe greatest tragedy of life is not unanswered prayer, but unoffered prayer.โ€

D.L. Moody โ€“ โ€œI believe in definite prayer. Abraham prayed for S***m. Moses interceded for the children of Israel. How often our prayers go all around the world, without real definite asking for anything! And often, when we do ask, we donโ€™t expect anything. Many people would be surprised if God did answer their prayers.โ€ [How to Have a Good Prayer Meeting from Golden Counsels by Dwight L. Moody, 1899.]

Leonard Ravenhill โ€“ โ€œTo stand before men on behalf of God is one thing. To stand before God on behalf of men is something entirely different.โ€

Samuel Rutherford โ€“ โ€œI have benefited by my praying for others; for by making an errand to God for them, I have gotten something for myself.โ€

Allen E Vartlett โ€“ โ€œSeven days without prayer makes one weak.โ€

Kenneth L. Wilson โ€“ โ€œTo pray โ€˜in Jesusโ€™ nameโ€™ means to pray in his spirit, in his compassion, in his love, in his outrage, in his concern. In other words, it means to pray a prayer that Jesus himself might pray.โ€

Creflo Dollar - There's never a power failure,or a faith failure as these have been given to us in Christ ,if any failure at all ,it's a prayer failure

Smith Wigglesworth- I pray in the spirit to edify my self during the day ,so I can edify the people in the evening

DON'T LAZY ABOUT WHILES WAITING FOR GOD TO USE YOU IN MINISTRY.

The fact that ministry is not rush doesn't mean you should relax and lazy about.

Patience is not so much about sitting and waiting, but more about what you actually do while waiting.

"Patience is not just waiting but what you do while waiting"

Start thinking through that vision, write it down. Find out those who have used that same path and study them, their weaknesses, strengths and pitfalls. Start working on that book. Start fasting and praying into that ministry and develop yourself in preparation for that moment. Visit people who are linked with your purpose, talk to them and take lessons and inspiration from them. Honor senior ministers in your life. Treat Fathers in the ministry as fathers, seniors as seniors, big brothers as big brothers and brothers as brothers. Don't break this ethics. Avoid soo many friends, it can become a canker that will punch holes later in your future. Spend time in God's presence and hear from him directly yourself.

Yes, God works with time but doesn't work with lazy people who are undisciplined in certain areas of their life.

Finally, never forget this:

Leaders are readers. Anyone who wants to lead people in future must be a crazy reader. Read at least two chapters of a good book everyday. This broadens and widens your mind and soon the scope of your influence. Don't be a lazy reader. Read to understand, read to make notes, read to apply and read to practice. Buy yourself dairies and learn to write things down. Journaling forms a greater part of your spirituality.

If you do this in the waiting process, I can assure you'll end up like David. Like David, when your opportunity to shine comes, you don't miss it, you embrace it with confidence.

Service, humility and honor are your secret to exaltation. If leave these out of your fasting, prayer and seed sowing youโ€™ll become like a sparked engine without an accelerator. Keep moving and never give up any other day.

Reiterated Diary...

THIS THING CALLED MINISTRY

THIS THING CALLED "MINISTRY"

Two things determine how long it will take God to make you a leader or His trusted mouth piece:

1. The magnitude and nature of the ministry God has prepared for you..

2. The way you respond to His dealings as He prepares you.

Usually if the magnitude and nature of the ministry He has prepared for you is enormous, it will usually take time and patience. With Moses, it took him 40 years, with David, it took him 14 years, with Paul it took him 14 years, with Peter, it took him less than 5years. That is why you should never compare your ministry with anyone or try to compete with anyone. Yours may take some longer time whilst with others, it may be shorter. You need to be discerning so you don't envy another man or deviate into the direction of another. Your dealings may be very different based on your assignment and calling. This means you'll have to stick closer to God for constant direction and guidance.

God will use and allow suffering, affliction, persecution, hard times, trials, pressures, difficulties and disappointments to prepare you. He will break you. He will drain you of that pride, lust and vain glory you're seeking. He will dry up that ambition till He becomes your ultimate goal. He will destroy the love of money in your heart that you will learn from those who through faith and patience obtained the promise.

Our master learnt obedience neither through the things He enjoyed nor endured but rather through the things He suffered. Are we bigger than Him? No servant is greater than His master.

Hebrews 5:7-9 KJVS
[7] Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; [8] Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; [9] And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

Same road and same path our Father will lead us on if we want to amount to anything in fulfilling His purpose for us.

Paul in the end says,

2 Corinthians 12:9-10 KJVS
[9] And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. [10] Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

The Apostle of grace didn't escape it, you won't. Many are twisting alot in the faith to make Christianity look like what it's not. Today, when there is war, we say there is peace, therefore the saints are only equipped only with the revelation of love of God. They have failed to embrace their death and suffering in response to the cross. But it's simple - no cross, no crown. Oh yes, we love ourselves too much so we can't allow God to do His work in us. But Jesus cried:

Mark 8:34-35 KJVS
[34] And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. [35] For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.

Peter to his congregation:

1 Peter 1:7 KJVS
[7] That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Many have escaped God's plan by seeking short cuts and playing the game without the rules. But listen, if it's God's work we are doing, it is His terms that counts and not ours. He calls the shot, not us. He sets the rules, we obey, ie if we want to play a major role in what He is doing.

Secondly, the way you respond to God's dealings with you can also determine how long it will take to make a leader. We live in a generation where many are waiting for God's time to use them without they doing anything. We give very interesting excuses why we are not pressing and striving to become God's trusted mouth piece. I have seen young men and women like me who are idle, lazying about, watching season movies and playing soccer bet and games and are expecting the Holy Spirit to work in them and use them for His work. So many jokers all over, not understanding what it means to be entrusted with power and authority.

I met a minister who was telling me about his frustration in ministry. He said, "Man of God, do you know that Arch Bishop Duncan Williams has laid hands on me and prophesied about my ministry? Even Rev. Ampiah Koffie has laid hands on me. Even Prophet Yaw Annor and many great men have done serious impartation for me but am not seeing anything". Then I begun to enquire what he does privately as it pertains to God's dealings with him. You won't believe it. When he wakes up, he prays for five minutes, looks for break fast, watch season movies, takes launch, continues the movie or plays some game, goes to lead prayer at church at night, returns home for dinner and continues the rest of the episodes of the movie and routine goes on.

By the time I finished with the autopsy of his dead ministry, he knew he had been the problem all this while. I even asked him how many books on ministry, leadership, character and discipline he has read and he exclaimed "none so far". Perhaps there are many reading this who are in the shoes of this young minister. I can assure you that you will amount to nothing in the kingdom if you continue this way. Wake up from sleep- sleeping soldier. Awake, that Christ may shine His light in and through you.

We fail to recognize that it is we who also contribute to how long it will take for God to prepare us for leadership. Work is not an excuse, marriage is not an excuse, your children are not an excuse, a crowded house is even not an excuse, lack of money is not an excuse. You know why? Because we can always genuinely go to Jesus to help us find our way in Him to journey in the place He has called us.

Our perfect example is Jesus. He had thirty years of preparation for an impactful three years leadership (ministry). Studying the word was His custom, prayer was his life, evangelism was his blood, sacrificing for other was his heartbeat, helping others was crux of the beauty of how God prepared Him before His death on the cross. We also a role and responsibility.

Paul admonished Archippus:

Colossians 4:17 KJVS
[17] And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.

We must take heed not God. We must fulfill the ministry we have received, not God. Everything depends on our readiness, willingness, yieldedness, obedience, discipline and submission to the Lordship of the Spirit. These days we want cheap Christianity and easy ministry. We want glory but want to escape the gory. We want His flagship but we want to deny His Lordship. We want the blessing but not the suffering and the pain of discipline. We want resurrection but want to hide away from death. Paul charged Timothy:

2 Timothy 2:20-22 NLT
[20] In a wealthy home some utensils are made of gold and silver, and some are made of wood and clay. The expensive utensils are used for special occasions, and the cheap ones are for everyday use. [21] If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work. [22] Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts.

Look again at this warning from the Amplified translation:

2 Timothy 2:20-22 AMPC
[20] But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also [utensils] of wood and earthenware, and some for honorable and noble [use] and some for menial and ignoble [use]. [21] So whoever cleanses himself [from what is ignoble and unclean, who separates himself from contact with contaminating and corrupting influences] will [then himself] be a vessel set apart and useful for honorable and noble purposes, consecrated and profitable to the Master, fit and ready for any good work. [22] Shun youthful lusts and flee from them, and aim at and pursue righteousness (all that is virtuous and good, right living, conformity to the will of God in thought, word, and deed); [and aim at and pursue] faith, love, [and] peace (harmony and concord with others) in fellowship with all [Christians], who call upon the Lord out of a pure heart.

Brethren to a very large extent, it is we who choose the extent to which we will be used of God and the length of its preparation. The longer you lazy about, spend time on useless, fruitless and unprofitable activities, or even more genuinely pressing needs at the expense of our ministry, the more difficult we make it for God to dispense His will and purposes through us- in leadership.

This will obviously be determined by:

1. Your degree of closeness to God in terms of intimacy (how well you have drawn nearer to the Lord- ie. your practical engagement of fellowship) not the general fellowship we have all been called into.

2. The kind of friends or associates you walk and move with. If you associate yourself with men on fire, with zeal and passion for God and His work, soon, you'll burn, for iron sharpeneth iron.

3. Your prayer life - it's the greatest secret of every great leader.

4. Your word depth - The only valid and accurate guide to educate and train your soul.

5. Your obedience, yieldedness and submission to the Lordship, leadedship, instructions and guidance of the Holy Spirit.

6. Your ability to learn from men in history who carried their torch and burned for the Lord in their days. Trust me, reading about these Patriarchs, church fathers of old will leave an indelible mark in your heart that will make you pursue the Lord until you fulfill your ministry.

Never forget this:

No matter how a father loves his two year old son, He will never give him keys to his house, car, important documents or property. This is same with God, until He trusts you, He will never entrust you- That also is His love, because it will save you from many troubles.

Just when we thought we were waiting on God to move mightly in our lives and generation, He had long been waiting for us to move His move. It's up to you brethren.

Are you willing to go that mile? Are you willing to spend that time with Him? Are you willing to forgo those fruitless movies for Him? Are you willing to pay that price everyone is running from? Are you willing to give up all those distractions for Him alone?

The ball is in your court now. Take heed and fulfill your ministry sir and madam.

Hope this bless you? Kindly let me know.

The WOES of God are inevitable on the perpetrators of this gruesome evil. Thank you Apostle Sir. We highly encourage that more of God's remnants will speak up in this fight for freedom and justice. If they refuse in this holy fight, help will come from somewhere and they might not be part of the rewards...
God Bless Nigeria and make him Great and Strong.

Candidates can loose and still be happy if the process is credible, free and fair. The loosers can even go a step further to congratulate both the winner and INEC; The winner for clinging the top spot and INEC for a great job.

However, when INEC who should be the umpire becomes the perpetrator of corruption and orchestrator of rigging an election so important and so significant to our beloved nation, then it's a shame and highly unacceptable.

DONโ€™T ONLY BELIEVE THE GOSPEL, BEHAVE IT

The world doesn't know you're the righteousness of God in Christ by faith; they know you by the righteous life you live.

The world doesn't know you're holy and sanctified in Christ by faith; they know you by your holy conduct and sanctified life.

The world doesn't know you're eternally forgiven; they know you by how quickly you forgive others and easily let things go.

The world doesn't know you're eternally saved, they know you by the life you live in accountability to the One who saved you.

The world doesn't know God is well pleased with you because you're in Christ; they know you by how you please God through your conduct.

The world doesn't know God's love for you is unconditional; they know you by how you love others unconditionally.

Jesus, The Prince of Life and His Apostles were loud on how our lives must be expressed to the world. Conduct is as equally important as your position in Christ. What you do is as equally important as who you're in Christ. The only difference is that the latter is the foundation on which the former is built. Any teaching that trivializes, donwlpalys, looks down or gives no attention to the conduct of the believer must be thoroughly reviewed.

Jesus cried:

Matthew 5:16 KJVS
[16] Let your LIGHT SO SHINE before men (the world), that they may see your GOOD WORKS, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Is the believer the light of the world? Yes, but how does he shine? By good works, (not by just confessing "I am the light of the world"), ie. works worthy of salvation. Men see your good works, that's how you shine your light. Men judge by what they see you do with their five senses. Men (the world) don't see who you're in Christ, they see your good works (what you do) and glorify God.

We know no man by the flesh says Paul (2Cor 5:16), but the world knows us by the flesh (sensory perception).

In the qualifications of a minister, Paul gives a very crucial one that must worry every minister of the Gospel who's life is inconsistent with it:

1 Timothy 3:7 Voice
[7] He should also be respected for his CHARACTER AND KNOWN AS AN HONORABLE PERSON by PEOPLE OUTSIDE of the CHURCH so as to avoid the trips, traps, and pitfalls of the devil.

Character is honored by worldly men, not your position in Christ. Note this with fear and trembling. A young preacher once received this good advice from an old believer, "Take care of your character and the Lord will take care of your reputation". Unfortunately in this generation, it's the opposite.

"We must not only preach the doctrines of the word, we must also adorn the doctrines of the word of God" says A.P Gipps.

He (A.P Gipps) continues to say, "This adornment consists of honesty in business, truthfulness in speech, morality of life, wholesomeness of mind, eveness of temper, righteousness of acts and godliness of character. These are qualities that speak louder than words. It has been well said that Christianity does not come into the world tariff free, but there is always a duty associated with it".

Your character matters as far as the Gospel is concerned and the world of the Ungodly do watch and Judge. Take heed sir.

DONโ€™T ONLY BELIEVE THE GOSPEL, BEHAVE IT

1 Thessalonians 2:10 RSV
[10] You are witnesses, and God also, how holy and righteous and blameless was our behavior to you believers;

Finally Paul confirms again that men and God are witnesses of how we behave ourselves in the faith. God, believers and unbelievers are witnesses to the kind of life we live. Never loose sight of this important reality.
