IN THIS APPOINTMENT PERIOD, ONLY THOSE WHO KNOW THE GRASSROOTS MUST BE CONSIDERED

We have come a long way as a party, we fought a good fight to retain power, and it is so just as we anticipated. In fact, *H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo* did, and continue to do exceedingly well for the good people of Ghana, as such the good people of Ghana did consider to renew his mandate to continue his good works for mother Ghana.

However, many were the challenges we faced along the way. I must say that,the grassroots did complain innumerable times about bad behavior of some Appointees who never helped the course. I took my time to monitor, and I saw clearly that some Appointees truly didn't help the Grassroots on the following;

1. Recruitment processes; Yes, some Appointees recruited strangers and their friends into job sector by leaving the Grassroots jobless.

2. Refusing the grassroots in their offices; there were number of grassroots of our party who had many challenges that they wanted to share with our appointees for help, but to no avail.

4. The grassroots continued to complain about the usual habits of some Appointees who refuse to pick their calls.

These and many other factors contributed huge apathy among the grassroots, thereby caused us a lot during elections.

As we move to the next stage of Nana Addo's rule, it is my hope that the President and the appointment Authorities listen to the grassroots and appoint the following persons;

1. Those who will listen to the grassroots
2. Those who will open their doors for the grassroots

3. Those who will consider the grassroots during recruitment processes
4. Those who will come down to the Grassroots level and feel their pain in all endeavors.
5.If you are not able to win your polling station,consider yourself out of the appointment for this second term of our NPP government.Operation win your polling stations MUST be considered before giving any appointment.
I strongly believe that, these would help the Grassroots to be well assured of the future as we hope to secure another victory in 2024.
