Thomas Partey unfazed by criticisms:

"We are used to negative comments and in the end, we understand their opinions and demands. Sometimes it pushes you, and sometimes when you give too much attention to it you forget about yourself but you have to keep pushing yourself"

Ghana’s favorite meal, Banku.

Step to cook Banku with cassava dough

1. Add water in a mixture of fermented corn and grated cassava in a large pot until it thickens.

2. Under medium heat, put pot on the fire and stir the mixture continuously to avoid it forming lumps.

3. When the mixture hardens, add a small amount of water and stir until its soft.

4. Cover banku for 10 mins and stir again.

5. Roll it into orange-sized balls and use rubber to wrap it tightly.
